【摘要】：針對豎向著陸沖擊過程,開展大量的模擬月壤室內單元體試驗,探討模擬月壤材料參數(shù)的確定方法和取值范圍.將著陸器按月地相似比尺簡化為沖擊筒體,建立著陸器足墊垂直沖擊模擬月壤三維動力有限元模型,模擬分析在沖擊荷載作用下的足墊軸力、速度和位移的實時動力響應,與室內模型試驗結果進行對比,驗證了該模型的合理性.計算表明:場地塑性區(qū)域呈形狀變化的橢球,影響主要分布在2.0～3.0倍最大足墊直徑深度范圍內,撞擊變形呈盆底形,速度響應滯后于軸力,位移響應滯后于速度.
[Abstract]:In view of the vertical landing impact process, a large number of laboratory unit tests of simulated lunar soil were carried out, and the determination method and range of simulated lunar soil material parameters were discussed. A 3D dynamic finite element model for simulating lunar soil vertical impact of lander footpad is established, and the real-time dynamic response of axial force, velocity and displacement of the footpad under impact load is simulated and analyzed, and the impact cylinder is simplified according to the similarity scale of the lander according to the monthly ground similarity scale, and the three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of the lunar soil is established. The rationality of the model is verified by comparing with the experimental results of indoor model. The results show that the shape-changing ellipsoid in the plastic region of the site is mainly distributed in the depth range of 2.0 脳 3.0 times the maximum diameter of the footpad. The impact deformation is basin-shaped, the velocity response lags behind the axial force, and the displacement response lags behind the velocity.
