TJ-1模擬月壤開(kāi)挖實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為降低月球開(kāi)發(fā)成本,需要設(shè)計(jì)合理的開(kāi)挖設(shè)備與方案,對(duì)TJ-1模擬月壤進(jìn)行了不同開(kāi)挖深度和推板寬度的室內(nèi)開(kāi)挖實(shí)驗(yàn),研究各項(xiàng)開(kāi)挖參數(shù)對(duì)開(kāi)挖阻力的復(fù)合影響,為未來(lái)的真實(shí)月壤開(kāi)挖提供參考。結(jié)果表明:開(kāi)挖阻力隨著推板的前進(jìn)迅速增大,而后趨于穩(wěn)定直到開(kāi)挖活動(dòng)停止。開(kāi)挖阻力隨深度的增加而增大,可以用二次多項(xiàng)式F=aH2+bH很好地?cái)M合,擬合公式中的a和b隨著推板寬度的增加呈線性增長(zhǎng)關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the development cost of the moon, it is necessary to design reasonable excavation equipment and scheme. The indoor excavation experiments with different excavation depth and push plate width are carried out to simulate the lunar soil by TJ-1, and the compound influence of various excavation parameters on the excavation resistance is studied. It provides a reference for future lunar soil excavation. The results show that the excavation resistance increases rapidly with the advance of the thrust plate, and then tends to stabilize until the excavation activity stops. The excavation resistance increases with the increase of depth, which can be fitted well by quadratic polynomial F=aH2 bH. A and b in the fitting formula increase linearly with the increase of the thrust plate width.
