Python多核并行計算在海量星表交叉證認中的應用

【摘要】:天文學研究中經常需要通過交叉證認將來自多波段多項目天文數據聯(lián)系起來統(tǒng)一考慮.當前天文數據急劇增長,必然導致交叉證認的速度過慢.針對這一問題,提出一種在多核環(huán)境下使用Python語言進行高效并行計算的方法,與以往的研究結果相比,速度提高了若干倍.這為下一步的多波段數據統(tǒng)計研究和數據挖掘打下了良好的基礎.
[Abstract]:In astronomical research, cross-validation is often needed to link multi-band and multi-project astronomical data together. The rapid growth of astronomical data is bound to cause the speed of cross-identification to be too slow. In order to solve this problem, an efficient parallel computing method using Python language in multi-core environment is proposed. Compared with the previous research results, the speed is several times faster. This lays a good foundation for the next multi-band data statistics research and data mining.
