基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的索網(wǎng)反射面控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究
[Abstract]:In the very large aperture spherical radio telescope (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, FAST), the precise dynamic shaping of the cable mesh reflector is realized by the precise control of the length of the cable by each node controller. Network design is the first choice for the control system of many nodes on the reflecting surface of FAST cable net. In order to adjust the nodes of the cable network in real time, it is one of the key technologies to realize the normal operation of the whole reflector by choosing a suitable data transmission mode and establishing a reliable and efficient network architecture. Because Ethernet technology is a mature information network technology, it has many advantages such as flexible, stable and reliable, so the Ethernet technology is adopted in this control system. In this paper, the network research of cable-net reflector control system based on Ethernet technology is introduced in detail. First of all, the research background and domestic and foreign research status are introduced, and then some key technologies, such as Ethernet technology, TCP / IP protocol and embedded technology, are studied. On this basis, the overall network design scheme of cable network reflector control system based on Ethernet technology is proposed. The scheme proposed in this paper is a network node scheme based on multi-port. The multi-port of the network node makes the network way of each node of the whole control system more flexible. In the process of communication, multi-layer distributed transmission is realized by using hierarchical structure. The other two nodes connect redundant links to improve the survivability of the whole network. Secondly, according to the characteristics of embedded technology, the network node design scheme of cable network reflector control system with MC9S12NE64 as main control chip and RTL8309SB as switch chip is completed, including hardware design and software design. The hardware includes the power supply module, the main control chip module and the MII (Media Independent Interface, medium independent port) interface module, the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface, serial peripheral interface module, the switching chip module, the main control chip module, the MII (Media Independent Interface, medium independent interface module, the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface, serial peripheral interface module and the switching chip module. Design and manufacture of network transformer module RJ45 interface module and LED display circuit module. These modules together form the hardware structure of multi-port networked nodes. The software design gives the design and implementation of each software function module of the network node. It includes the realization of switch module driver and the realization of TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, transmission control protocol / Internet protocol, as well as the realization of host computer network communication program. These functional modules constitute the software design of the whole system. Finally, the hardware and software of the system are debugged and tested to meet the design requirements.
