基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的索網(wǎng)反射面控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究

【摘要】:在超大口徑球面射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡(Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, FAST)計(jì)劃中,索網(wǎng)反射面的精確動(dòng)態(tài)成型是通過各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)控制器精確控制下拉索的長(zhǎng)度實(shí)現(xiàn)的,針對(duì)FAST整體索網(wǎng)反射面上眾多節(jié)點(diǎn)的控制系統(tǒng),網(wǎng)絡(luò)化設(shè)計(jì)是其首選方案。為了實(shí)時(shí)調(diào)整索網(wǎng)的節(jié)點(diǎn),選擇一種合適的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方式、建立可靠高效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系結(jié)構(gòu)是實(shí)現(xiàn)整體反射面正常工作的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)之一,由于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)是一種成熟的信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù),具有組網(wǎng)靈活,穩(wěn)定和可靠等諸多優(yōu)點(diǎn),故在本控制系統(tǒng)中,采用了以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)。本論文對(duì)基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的索網(wǎng)反射面控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化研究進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。 首先,對(duì)課題的研究背景及國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了介紹,接著對(duì)以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)、TCP/IP協(xié)議及嵌入式技術(shù)等一些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了基于以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的索網(wǎng)反射面控制系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案,本文提出的方案是基于多端口的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化節(jié)點(diǎn)方案。網(wǎng)絡(luò)化節(jié)點(diǎn)的多端口使整個(gè)控制系統(tǒng)的各個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)組網(wǎng)方式更加靈活。在通信過程中采用分層結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)多層分布式傳輸。另外兩個(gè)節(jié)點(diǎn)之間連接冗余鏈路,提高整個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的抗毀性。 其次,根據(jù)嵌入式技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),完成了以MC9S12NE64為主控芯片,以RTL8309SB為交換芯片的索網(wǎng)反射面控制系統(tǒng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面。其中硬件方面包括電源模塊、主控芯片模塊、MII(Media Independent Interface,介質(zhì)無關(guān)端口)接口模塊、SPI(Serial Peripheral Interface,串行外設(shè)接口)接口模塊、交換芯片模塊、網(wǎng)絡(luò)變壓器模塊、RJ45接口模塊和LED顯示電路模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與制作。這些模塊一起組成了多端口的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化節(jié)點(diǎn)的硬件結(jié)構(gòu)。軟件設(shè)計(jì)則給出了網(wǎng)絡(luò)化節(jié)點(diǎn)各個(gè)軟件功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)與具體實(shí)現(xiàn),包括交換模塊驅(qū)動(dòng)程序的實(shí)現(xiàn),MII接口程序的實(shí)現(xiàn),TCP/IP(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol,傳輸控制協(xié)議/網(wǎng)際協(xié)議)協(xié)議的實(shí)現(xiàn),SPI接口程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)以及上位機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信程序的實(shí)現(xiàn)。這些功能模塊的設(shè)計(jì)組成了整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計(jì)。 最后,對(duì)系統(tǒng)的硬件和軟件進(jìn)行了調(diào)試,經(jīng)過實(shí)際運(yùn)行和測(cè)試,達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)要求。
[Abstract]:In the very large aperture spherical radio telescope (Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Telescope, FAST), the precise dynamic shaping of the cable mesh reflector is realized by the precise control of the length of the cable by each node controller. Network design is the first choice for the control system of many nodes on the reflecting surface of FAST cable net. In order to adjust the nodes of the cable network in real time, it is one of the key technologies to realize the normal operation of the whole reflector by choosing a suitable data transmission mode and establishing a reliable and efficient network architecture. Because Ethernet technology is a mature information network technology, it has many advantages such as flexible, stable and reliable, so the Ethernet technology is adopted in this control system. In this paper, the network research of cable-net reflector control system based on Ethernet technology is introduced in detail. First of all, the research background and domestic and foreign research status are introduced, and then some key technologies, such as Ethernet technology, TCP / IP protocol and embedded technology, are studied. On this basis, the overall network design scheme of cable network reflector control system based on Ethernet technology is proposed. The scheme proposed in this paper is a network node scheme based on multi-port. The multi-port of the network node makes the network way of each node of the whole control system more flexible. In the process of communication, multi-layer distributed transmission is realized by using hierarchical structure. The other two nodes connect redundant links to improve the survivability of the whole network. Secondly, according to the characteristics of embedded technology, the network node design scheme of cable network reflector control system with MC9S12NE64 as main control chip and RTL8309SB as switch chip is completed, including hardware design and software design. The hardware includes the power supply module, the main control chip module and the MII (Media Independent Interface, medium independent port) interface module, the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface, serial peripheral interface module, the switching chip module, the main control chip module, the MII (Media Independent Interface, medium independent interface module, the SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface, serial peripheral interface module and the switching chip module. Design and manufacture of network transformer module RJ45 interface module and LED display circuit module. These modules together form the hardware structure of multi-port networked nodes. The software design gives the design and implementation of each software function module of the network node. It includes the realization of switch module driver and the realization of TCP / IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol, transmission control protocol / Internet protocol, as well as the realization of host computer network communication program. These functional modules constitute the software design of the whole system. Finally, the hardware and software of the system are debugged and tested to meet the design requirements.
