大型射電天線輪軌接觸分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:射電天文學(xué)及深空探測(cè)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,對(duì)大型射電天線的口徑、靈敏度以及指向跟蹤精度等提出了更高的要求。當(dāng)大型射電天線方位轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分采用輪軌式結(jié)構(gòu)時(shí),探討輪軌精度對(duì)指向誤差的影響、輪軌的磨損問(wèn)題成了亟待解決的課題。 本文以國(guó)家天文臺(tái)50m天線輪軌系統(tǒng)為主要研究對(duì)象,引入三維彈性體非Hertz滾動(dòng)接觸理論,構(gòu)建天線輪軌滾動(dòng)接觸系統(tǒng)模型,從數(shù)值計(jì)算層面分析天線輪軌在滾動(dòng)接觸中的幾何形變及滾動(dòng)接觸滑移。通過(guò)天線輪軌三維彈性體非Hertz滾動(dòng)接觸的分析,為仿真模型和實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)試提供理論支持。 其次,根據(jù)理論分析模型建立50m天線輪軌三維接觸模型,仿真分析了輪軌接觸區(qū)部分的接觸應(yīng)力及變形,,分析天線軌道結(jié)構(gòu)特別是軌道接頭處幾何型面突變對(duì)軌道的影響,討論軌道接縫角度、溫度等外部因素對(duì)軌道力學(xué)性能的影響。 最后,實(shí)地勘測(cè)50m射電天線輪軌滾動(dòng)接觸疲勞磨損情況,獲得輪軌磨損數(shù)據(jù)。對(duì)50m射電天線軌道進(jìn)行全軌水平度及加載變形測(cè)量,檢驗(yàn)理論及仿真模型的計(jì)算結(jié)果。根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù),分析軌道與軌道面產(chǎn)生大裂縫的原因,提出天線軌道的維修方案,對(duì)50m天線進(jìn)行維修與調(diào)整,并對(duì)軌道全軌不平度等參數(shù)進(jìn)行重新實(shí)測(cè),評(píng)估天線軌道維修效果?紤]軌道因素導(dǎo)致的指向精度誤差,建立射電天線的指向修正模型,利用50m射電天線進(jìn)行全天域指向校準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證修正后的指向精度。 本文所建立的三維輪軌滾動(dòng)接觸模型與軌道測(cè)量方案,有利于大型輪軌式射電天線軌道問(wèn)題的研究,為解決因軌道問(wèn)題引起的天線指向跟蹤精度降低和大型輪軌式射電天線軌道結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)與運(yùn)行維護(hù)提供一定的參考與指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of radio astronomy and deep space exploration technology, the aperture, sensitivity and tracking accuracy of large radio antenna are required. When the azimuth rotation part of large radio antenna adopts wheel-rail structure, the influence of wheel-rail precision on pointing error is discussed, and the wear problem of wheel-rail becomes an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, taking the 50m antenna wheel-rail system of the National Observatory as the main research object, the model of the antenna wheel-rail rolling contact system is constructed by introducing the three-dimensional elastomer non-Hertz rolling contact theory. The geometric deformation and rolling contact slip of antenna wheel-rail in rolling contact are analyzed from the aspect of numerical calculation. Through the analysis of the non-Hertz rolling contact of the antenna wheel-rail elastomer, the theoretical support is provided for the simulation model and the experimental test. Secondly, according to the theoretical analysis model, the three-dimension contact model of 50 m antenna wheel-rail is established, and the contact stress and deformation of the wheel-rail contact area are simulated and analyzed. The influence of external factors such as rail joint angle and temperature on track mechanical properties is discussed. Finally, the rolling contact fatigue wear of 50 m radio antenna wheel / rail is investigated in the field, and the wheel / rail wear data are obtained. The full rail flatness and load deformation of the 50m radio antenna track are measured, and the theoretical and simulation results are tested. Based on the measured data, the causes of large cracks in track and track surface are analyzed, and the maintenance scheme of antenna track is put forward. The maintenance and adjustment of 50m antenna are carried out, and the parameters such as track irregularity are remeasured. Evaluate the effectiveness of antenna track maintenance. Taking into account the error of pointing accuracy caused by orbit factor, the pointing correction model of radio antenna is established, and the calibration experiment of all space pointing is carried out by using 50 m radio antenna to verify the corrected pointing accuracy. The 3D wheel-rail rolling contact model and track measurement scheme established in this paper are beneficial to the research of the orbit problem of large wheel-rail radio antenna. This paper provides some reference and guidance for solving the problem of antenna pointing and tracking accuracy reduction and track structure design and operation maintenance of large wheel-rail radio antenna.
