FAST饋源艙Stewart機(jī)構(gòu)標(biāo)定
[Abstract]:Feed cabin system is one of the core components of FAST engineering. In order to overcome the influence of machining and assembly error, measurement error, stiffness deformation and external disturbance coupling, the instantaneous positioning accuracy of feed source is required to reach millimeter level, so it is necessary to calibrate the Stewart mechanism of feed cabin accurately, so as to overcome the influence of machining and assembly error, measurement error, stiffness deformation and external disturbance coupling. The accurate location of feed source is realized. On the basis of analyzing the research of FAST feeder cabin in related literature, this paper analyzes the structure, performance, error and parameter model of Stewart from the point of view of measurement, through the actual operation of Stewart mechanism calibration of feed cabin, and determines the calibration scheme of the mechanism. The calibration process includes: planning posture, measuring with laser tracker, servo control and data processing, etc. The positioning accuracy of Stewart mechanism is significantly improved after calibration, which has an important role in promoting the positioning accuracy of FAST feed cabin.
