【摘要】：從海量恒星光譜中發(fā)現(xiàn)稀有光譜是天文學研究的重要課題之一。與一般光譜相比,稀有光譜數(shù)量較少,因此,傳統(tǒng)分類方法無法正常工作。究其原因是這些方法不僅在分類決策時并未對稀有光譜予以更多關(guān)注,而且只關(guān)注分類的準確率。鑒于此,在總結(jié)當前分類方法的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析互信息與決策樹之間的關(guān)系,提出基于互信息的代價缺失決策樹。SDSS DR8中K型、F型、G型以及M型恒星光譜上的比較實驗表明,與傳統(tǒng)分類方法相比,所提方法能夠較好地完成稀有光譜識別的任務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The discovery of rare spectra from massive stellar spectra is one of the most important topics in astronomical research. Compared with the general spectrum, the number of rare spectra is less, so the traditional classification method can not work properly. The reason is that these methods not only do not pay more attention to rare spectrum but also to the accuracy of classification. In view of this, on the basis of summing up the current classification methods, the relationship between mutual information and decision tree is analyzed in depth, and the comparison experiments of K F type G type and M type star spectrum in SDSS DR8 based on mutual information cost missing decision tree are presented. Compared with the traditional classification method, the proposed method can accomplish the task of rare spectrum recognition.
