【摘要】：設(shè)計(jì)了基于VA32-TA32芯片的γ暴偏振探測儀,用于探測γ暴的偏振度。設(shè)計(jì)中,采用多通道專用集成電路采集γ射線與多個(gè)塑料閃爍體棒發(fā)生康普頓散射的散射光子和電子信號,從采集的位置而得到入射γ暴射線的偏振度。該采集方法可大大降低傳統(tǒng)電子學(xué)探測系統(tǒng)的功耗和復(fù)雜程度,從而為γ暴偏振探測儀的航天應(yīng)用提供技術(shù)支撐。該探測儀的線性動(dòng)態(tài)范圍為66.9 d B,最大輸入電荷量20 p C,串?dāng)_不大于0.1%,基線不大于±10 m V。
[Abstract]:A polarization detector based on VA32-TA32 chip is designed to detect the polarization of 緯 -storm. In the design, the scattered photon and electron signals of Compton scattering are collected by multi-channel ASIC, and the polarization degree of incident 緯 -ray is obtained from the position of acquisition. This acquisition method can greatly reduce the power consumption and complexity of the traditional electronic detection system, thus providing technical support for the space application of the 緯 -storm polarization detector. The linear dynamic range of the detector is 66.9 dB, the maximum input charge is 20pC, the crosstalk is not greater than 0.1, and the baseline is not greater than 鹵10 MV.
