寬帶六平臺(tái)相位板星冕儀的誤差分析

【摘要】:相位板的加工精度直接影響著相位型星冕儀成像系統(tǒng)的性能。推導(dǎo)了六平臺(tái)相位板的誤差公式,并分析了相位板結(jié)構(gòu)的微小變化對(duì)六平臺(tái)相位板星冕儀的消光性能和消色差性能的影響。數(shù)值模擬結(jié)果表明,對(duì)特定波長的單色光,相位板相位水平高度的誤差和傾斜角的誤差都會(huì)降低六平臺(tái)相位板星冕儀的消光性能。但是相比較而言,消光能力對(duì)相位階躍處的傾斜角的誤差更為敏感。在寬帶范圍內(nèi),考慮消色差性能,相位水平高度誤差只會(huì)使其中心波長發(fā)生偏移;而相位階躍處傾斜角的微小誤差則會(huì)極大地降低其消色差性能。
[Abstract]:The processing accuracy of the phase plate directly affects the performance of the imaging system of the phase-type coronal instrument. The error formula of the six-platform phase plate is derived, and the influence of the minor change of the phase plate structure on the extinction performance and achromatic difference performance of the six-platform phase plate corona is analyzed. The numerical simulation results show that for monochromatic light of certain wavelength, the errors of the horizontal height of the phase plate and the error of the tilt angle can all reduce the extinction performance of the six-platform phase plate corona. However, the extinction ability is more sensitive to the error of the tilt angle at the phase step. In wideband range, considering the achromatic performance, the phase horizontal height error will only make the center wavelength offset, while the small error of the tilt angle at the phase step will greatly reduce its achromatic performance.
