變重力場中散體顆粒堆的安息角及接觸力分布

【摘要】:為研究重力與散體顆粒堆安息角的關系,針對顆粒系統(tǒng)的隨機性和離散性特點,通過三維離散單元法建立顆粒的運動模型,對顆粒在不同重力場中的堆積過程進行了模擬,得出了顆粒堆的安息角及接觸力概率分布.結果表明:顆粒堆內接觸力構成的力鏈呈非規(guī)則網(wǎng)絡狀,其中,接觸力近似對數(shù)正態(tài)分布,約65%接觸力低于平均值;接觸點中約70%處于臨界滑移,其余接觸點切向力與法向力的比值為均勻分布;不同重力場中顆粒堆接觸力的分布規(guī)律具有相似性,即接觸力相對重力無量綱化之后,其分布函數(shù)高度相符;顆粒堆的微觀結構具有隨機性差異,但是安息角不受重力大小的影響.
[Abstract]:In order to study the relationship between gravity and rest angle of bulk particles, according to the characteristics of randomness and discreteness of particle system, the motion model of particles is established by means of three-dimensional discrete element method, and the stacking process of particles in different gravity fields is simulated. The probability distribution of rest angle and contact force is obtained. The results show that the force chain formed by contact force in granular reactor is irregular network, in which the contact force is approximately logarithmic normal distribution, about 65% contact force is lower than the average value. About 70% of the contact points are in critical slip, and the ratio of tangential force to normal force at the other contact points is uniformly distributed, and the distribution of contact forces in different gravity fields is similar, that is, after the contact force is relatively gravimetric, the distribution of contact force is similar. The distribution function is highly consistent, and the microstructure of the granular reactor is random, but the rest angle is not affected by the magnitude of gravity.
