【摘要】：貝葉斯推斷是建立在貝葉斯定理上的一種參數(shù)估計(jì)方法。根據(jù)貝葉斯定理,當(dāng)根據(jù)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)待估計(jì)的參量θ的分布密度p(θ)(稱為"驗(yàn)前分布")有所了解時(shí),在給定觀測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)D的情況下,可以計(jì)算出待估參數(shù)θ的"驗(yàn)后分布"——p(θ|D)。p(θ|D)反映了觀測(cè)結(jié)果對(duì)p(θ)的修正。所有貝葉斯統(tǒng)計(jì)推斷都是以驗(yàn)后分布為基礎(chǔ)的。貝葉斯估計(jì)法是數(shù)據(jù)分析中的有力工具,其在伽瑪暴(GRBs)數(shù)據(jù)分析窗口展現(xiàn)了多方面的應(yīng)用,例如分析光變結(jié)構(gòu),確定參數(shù)分布,檢驗(yàn)是否存在某種譜線特征,比較和選取模型,等等。
[Abstract]:Bayesian inference is a parameter estimation method based on Bayesian theorem. According to Bayesian theorem, when we know the distribution density of estimated parameter 胃 (called "prior distribution") according to experience, Given the observed data D, The "posterior distribution" of the parameter 胃 to be estimated can be calculated-p (胃 DU. P (胃 D)) reflects the correction of the observed results to p (胃). All Bayesian statistical inferences are based on the posteriori distribution. Bayesian estimation is a powerful tool in data analysis. Its application in GRBs data analysis window shows many applications, such as analyzing the structure of phototransformer, determining the distribution of parameters, checking the existence of some spectral characteristics, comparing and selecting models, and so on.
