【摘要】：隨著社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)的興起和發(fā)展,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上出現(xiàn)了大量與商品有關(guān)的社會信息。如何利用這些社會信息結(jié)合商品元數(shù)據(jù)進行檢索和推薦是信息檢索領(lǐng)域中一個熱門的研究問題。本文以社會圖書檢索為例,提出了一種通用的信息檢索方法來解決這一問題。首先,通過分析原始圖書數(shù)據(jù)集和圖書的用戶標簽、用戶評分和流行度等社會信息,從圖書中提取不同的社會特征構(gòu)建特征矩陣;然后分別計算圖書在各種社會特征上的相似度,并使用不同的策略對搜索引擎返回的排序結(jié)果進行重排序;最后使用學(xué)習(xí)排序的方法進行重排結(jié)果融合,得到最終的圖書檢索結(jié)果。在實驗中,使用該檢索方法在INEX Social Book Search 2015和2016數(shù)據(jù)集上分別進行了訓(xùn)練和測試。結(jié)果表明,相比現(xiàn)有的技術(shù),該檢索方法能夠有效提升圖書檢索的效果。
[Abstract]:With the rise and development of social networks, a large number of social information related to goods has appeared on the Internet. How to use these social information combined with commodity metadata to retrieve and recommend is a hot research problem in the field of information retrieval. Taking social book retrieval as an example, this paper puts forward a general information retrieval method to solve this problem. Firstly, by analyzing the original book data set and the social information such as user label, user score and popularity, different social characteristics are extracted from the book to construct the feature matrix, and then the similarity of the books in various social characteristics is calculated respectively, and the ranking results returned by the search engine are reordered by using different strategies. Finally, the method of learning sorting is used to merge the rearrangement results, and the final book retrieval results are obtained. In the experiment, the retrieval method is used to train and test on INEX Social Book Search 2015 and 2016 datasets, respectively. The results show that compared with the existing technology, this retrieval method can effectively improve the effect of book retrieval.
