【摘要】：為解決敏捷制造資源集成的若干問(wèn)題,提出了一種基于Web服務(wù)的敏捷制造資源集成解決方案,主要包含企業(yè)端的制造資源提供程序和運(yùn)行在Internet上的敏捷制造資源集成服務(wù),以及制造資源搜索引擎,并運(yùn)用基于本體論的制造資源建模。制造資源提供者程序首先對(duì)制造資源本體建模,然后通過(guò)制造資源訪(fǎng)問(wèn)器將其相應(yīng)的Web服務(wù)發(fā)布到Internet。敏捷制造資源集成服務(wù)提供制造資源服務(wù)的注冊(cè)、快速發(fā)現(xiàn)和集成等功能,它是統(tǒng)一描述、發(fā)現(xiàn)和集成協(xié)議的擴(kuò)展;面向制造資源的搜索引擎建立在敏捷制造資源集成的基礎(chǔ)上,提供集成的制造資源的智能化發(fā)現(xiàn)功能。與現(xiàn)有的制造資源集成方法相比,該方法不但支持跨越Internet的、松散耦合和異構(gòu)環(huán)境下的制造資源集成,還支持快速的制造資源發(fā)布與發(fā)現(xiàn),具有高度的可擴(kuò)展性、可維護(hù)性和可伸縮性。
[Abstract]:In order to solve some problems of agile manufacturing resource integration, an agile manufacturing resource integration solution based on Web service is proposed, which mainly includes enterprise manufacturing resource provider and agile manufacturing resource integration service running on Internet. And manufacturing resource search engine, and the use of ontology-based manufacturing resource modeling. The manufacturing resource provider first models the manufacturing resource ontology, and then publishes its corresponding Web service to the Internet. through the manufacturing resource accessor Agile manufacturing resource integration service provides the functions of registration, rapid discovery and integration of manufacturing resource service. It is an extension of unified description, discovery and integration protocol. The search engine for manufacturing resources is based on the integration of agile manufacturing resources and provides the intelligent discovery function of integrated manufacturing resources. Compared with the existing manufacturing resource integration methods, this method not only supports the integration of manufacturing resources across Internet, loose coupling and heterogeneous environment, but also supports rapid release and discovery of manufacturing resources, and has a high degree of scalability. Maintenability and scalability.
