基于《中國分類主題詞表》的旅游本體知識庫研究與實現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著網絡技術的不斷發(fā)展,人類對網絡的依賴性也越來越強。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,,到2012年初,中國的網民數(shù)量已經超過5億。網絡的信息紛繁復雜、浩如煙海,而面對如此眾多的網絡信息,幾乎所有的網民都在借助搜索引擎來查詢自己需要的信息。然而,目前的搜索引擎還不是很智能化,其所能理解和表達的語義還很有限;诖,現(xiàn)在計算機領域已經涌現(xiàn)出了一大批學者對網絡中語義信息的表達、傳遞、共享等展開了深入研究。其中,本體知識庫就是目前語義研究的一個熱點。 本體是一種有效的建模工具,它能在語義層次上對信息系統(tǒng)的概念模型進行描述和建模,不論是在受限領域還是廣域領域的知識建模上都有非常大的優(yōu)勢。如果能將本體理論應用到搜索引擎及自動問答系統(tǒng)等的建設中,必將會對這些系統(tǒng)提升性能有非常大的幫助。 鑒于本體的語義表達優(yōu)勢,本文重點探索的就是領域本體的具體構建過程以及領域本體在基于知識庫的問答系統(tǒng)中所能做出的貢獻。在經過旅游領域專家的指導下,并參考了《中國分類主題詞表》和中國國家旅游業(yè)相關標準的基礎上,本文主要遵循了目前最流行的本體構建“七步法”,面向山西旅游景點,重點是佛教圣地五臺山,構建了旅游領域本體知識庫框架,并使用本體編輯工具protégé建立了具體的五臺山寺廟的本體知識庫。針對所構建的本體知識庫,本文設計并實現(xiàn)了一個簡單的問答系統(tǒng),使用了SPARQL查詢語言和Jena推理工具包對本體知識庫進行了查詢操作,從而驗證了本文構建的本體知識庫是有效的。 總的來說,本文的研究內容及成果主要在兩方面: 1、選擇旅游領域為研究范圍,構建了一個結構較為良好的面向自動問答系統(tǒng)的領域本體框架,并選擇佛教圣地五臺山作為其實例數(shù)據(jù),從而對領域本體的構建方法、步驟及原則進行了嘗試性研究。 2、為了驗證所構建本體知識庫的可行性和合理性,本文開發(fā)了一個簡單的旅游本體問答系統(tǒng),以證明本體的有效性和實際的效果。系統(tǒng)結果最終表明,本文構建的旅游本體知識庫是有效的。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of network technology, human dependence on the network is becoming stronger and stronger. According to statistics, by the beginning of 2012, the number of Internet users in China had exceeded 500 million. The information of the network is complicated and vast. In the face of so much network information, almost all the netizens are searching for the information they need with the help of the search engine. However, the current search engine is not very intelligent, its understanding and expression semantics are still very limited. Based on this, a large number of scholars have emerged in the computer field to express, transfer, share and so on semantic information in the network in-depth research. Among them, ontology knowledge base is a hot topic in semantic research. Ontology is an effective modeling tool, which can describe and model the conceptual model of information system at the semantic level. It has great advantages in knowledge modeling in both restricted domain and wide-area domain. If the ontology theory can be applied to the construction of search engine and automatic question answering system, it will be of great help to improve the performance of these systems. In view of the semantic advantages of ontology, this paper focuses on the construction process of domain ontology and the contribution of domain ontology to the question and answer system based on knowledge base. Under the guidance of experts in the field of tourism, and referring to the Thesaurus of Chinese Classification and the relevant standards of Chinese national tourism, this paper mainly follows the most popular "seven-step method" of ontology construction, which is oriented to Shanxi tourist attractions. The emphasis is placed on the Buddhist holy site Wutai Mountain. The framework of tourism domain ontology knowledge base is constructed, and the ontology knowledge base of Wutai Mountain temple is established by using ontology editing tool Prod 茅 g 茅. Aiming at the ontology knowledge base, a simple question answering system is designed and implemented in this paper. The query operation of the ontology knowledge base is carried out by using SPARQL query language and Jena reasoning toolkit. The results show that the ontology knowledge base constructed in this paper is effective. In general, the research contents and achievements of this paper are mainly in two aspects: 1, the tourism field is chosen as the research scope, and a domain ontology framework for automatic question answering system is constructed, which has a good structure. And the Buddhist holy site Wutai Mountain is chosen as its example data, and then the method, steps and principles of constructing domain ontology are studied tentatively. 2. In order to verify the feasibility and rationality of the ontology knowledge base, a simple tourism ontology question answering system is developed to prove the validity and practical effect of the ontology. Finally, the system results show that the tourism ontology knowledge base constructed in this paper is effective.
