【摘要】:正網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索中的信息若要靠是否花錢來決定排名先后,則這種排名某種程度上就要當(dāng)作廣告來處理,接受"廣告法"的相關(guān)制約.隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索引擎的發(fā)展,"有事兒問谷歌百度"已成很多網(wǎng)民的思維定式。但隨著一種被稱為"競價排名"的盈利模式被引人網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索行業(yè),個別較早采用這一模式的搜索類網(wǎng)站正面臨信任危機
