面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)電信業(yè)市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,電話導(dǎo)航原有的語(yǔ)音接入方式已經(jīng)不能滿足對(duì)信息導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)的開(kāi)展和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的需要,積極拓展新的信息導(dǎo)航領(lǐng)域,保持自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)已成為當(dāng)前面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的迫切需求。在此背景下,本文作者以“面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究”為課題背景,研究和論述了面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。 面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了電話導(dǎo)航品牌從傳統(tǒng)的企業(yè)報(bào)號(hào)臺(tái),向電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)的升級(jí)。企業(yè)客戶可以通過(guò)系統(tǒng)開(kāi)通網(wǎng)店,發(fā)布產(chǎn)品信息、打折優(yōu)惠信息等,并通過(guò)電子交易,進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品銷售,從而引領(lǐng)站內(nèi)所有企業(yè)客戶,全面走向電子商務(wù)時(shí)代。公眾客戶通過(guò)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)訂機(jī)票、訂酒店、訂產(chǎn)品等預(yù)訂服務(wù)。 本文首先介紹了系統(tǒng)中所采用的基本理論及核心技術(shù);其次對(duì)系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述,通過(guò)對(duì)邏輯架構(gòu)、功能架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)以及系統(tǒng)間關(guān)系幾個(gè)方面介紹,詳細(xì)描繪出系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)全景;最后介紹了該系統(tǒng)部分重點(diǎn)功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)效果。 面向公眾服務(wù)的信息導(dǎo)航系統(tǒng)解決了傳統(tǒng)語(yǔ)音導(dǎo)航的缺陷,構(gòu)建了企業(yè)與公眾之間暢通的信息溝通和交易的橋梁,進(jìn)一步盤活了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商擁有的企業(yè)號(hào)碼資源和增值信息資源。為電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商創(chuàng)造新的利潤(rùn)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)、為消費(fèi)者提供更完善的服務(wù),全面增強(qiáng)了電信運(yùn)營(yíng)商在信息導(dǎo)航市場(chǎng)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:With the intensification of market competition in China's telecommunications industry, the original voice access mode of telephone navigation can no longer meet the needs of the development of information navigation business and market competition, and actively expand the new information navigation field. Maintaining its own competitive advantage has become an urgent need in the field of information navigation service for the public. Under this background, the author studies and discusses the design and implementation of information navigation system for public service under the background of "Application Research of Information Navigation system for Public Service". The information navigation system for public service realizes the upgrading of the telephone navigation brand from the traditional enterprise report station to the electronic commerce platform. Enterprise customers can open online stores through the system, release product information, discount information, and through electronic transactions, product sales, thus leading all corporate customers in the site, to the era of e-commerce. Public customers through the system to book tickets, hotel reservations, booking products and other reservations. This paper first introduces the basic theory and core technology used in the system. Secondly, the overall architecture design of the system is described in detail. Through the introduction of logical architecture, functional architecture, technical architecture and the relationship between the system, the system architecture panorama is described in detail. Finally, the effect of some key functions of the system is introduced. The information navigation system for public service solves the defects of traditional voice navigation and builds a bridge between enterprises and the public to communicate and trade information smoothly. Further revitalized the telecom operators owned by the enterprise number resources and value-added information resources. It creates a new profit growth point for telecom operators, provides more perfect services for consumers, and strengthens the competitiveness of telecom operators in the information navigation market.
