【摘要】：種類眾多、數(shù)量龐大的信息每天都會(huì)發(fā)布到網(wǎng)絡(luò)中，網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為海量信息資源的載體，人們已經(jīng)越來越習(xí)慣于通過網(wǎng)絡(luò)尋求答案、文章、產(chǎn)品、人物和地點(diǎn)等諸多事物。搜索引擎正是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一過程的一種基本應(yīng)用，而在豐富多彩的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息中，如何找到用戶真正需要的、有用的信息，時(shí)刻困擾著人們，為了解決這一實(shí)際而有意義的問題，引出了本文的研究重點(diǎn)—查詢推薦。 查詢推薦通俗解釋也就是：為了滿足搜索引擎用戶對(duì)提高其搜索意圖及定位準(zhǔn)確性的迫切需求，結(jié)合用戶所提交的檢索詞和用戶后續(xù)行為，，采用一定的策略和算法為其推薦合適的檢索詞的過程�？梢哉f在查詢推薦在提高搜索引擎可用性方面，扮演著很重要的角色。 在本文中方法的設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)過程中，熟悉并掌握了搜索引擎的工作原理以及體系架構(gòu)，同時(shí)以自然語言處理技術(shù)和Web信息挖掘技術(shù)為理論指導(dǎo)，以搜索日志為數(shù)據(jù)分析對(duì)象，重點(diǎn)研究搜索引擎?zhèn)�性化服務(wù)功能中的查詢推薦技術(shù)。本文所采用的方法中分為兩階段，為保證在線推薦的實(shí)時(shí)性，設(shè)計(jì)了離線處理階段，實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)預(yù)處理、構(gòu)建用戶查詢—點(diǎn)擊二部圖、二部圖聚類等操作。第二階段是在線推薦階段，實(shí)現(xiàn)基于用戶日志的查詢推薦。經(jīng)過實(shí)驗(yàn)表明，本文所提出的方法不僅保證了查全率，而且提高了查準(zhǔn)率。
[Abstract]:There are many kinds of information, a large number of information will be published to the network every day, the network has become the carrier of massive information resources, people have become more and more accustomed to the Internet to find answers, articles, products, people and places and many other things. Search engine is just a basic application to realize this process, and in the rich and colorful network information, how to find the useful information that the user really needs, always puzzles people, in order to solve this practical and meaningful problem, The research focus of this paper is query recommendation. In order to meet the urgent need of search engine users to improve their search intention and positioning accuracy, the search recommendation is explained by the user, which combines the keywords submitted by the user and the follow-up behavior of the user. The process of recommending appropriate search words for them with certain strategies and algorithms. It can be said that query recommendation plays an important role in improving the usability of search engines. In the process of design and implementation of the method in this paper, we are familiar with and master the working principle and architecture of search engine. At the same time, we take the natural language processing technology and Web information mining technology as the theoretical guidance, and take the search log as the data analysis object. Focus on the search engine personalized services in the function of query recommendation technology. The method used in this paper is divided into two stages. In order to ensure the real-time performance of online recommendation, off-line processing stage is designed, data preprocessing is realized, user query-click bipartite graph, bipartite graph clustering and so on are constructed. The second stage is online recommendation phase, which realizes query recommendation based on user log. The experimental results show that the proposed method not only guarantees the recall rate, but also improves the precision rate.
