從功能目的論角度研究美劇《迷失》中文字幕誤譯現象

【摘要】：[摘要]翻譯是一項有目的的跨文化交際活動。它不僅是兩種語言之間的轉換,更是兩種文化之間的轉換。而不同國家、民族之間的文化差異不可避免地導致了誤譯。如今,美國的電視劇越來越受中國觀眾的喜愛。然而,由于種種原因,字幕翻譯不可避免地存在誤譯的現象。這種誤譯現象包括無意誤譯和有意誤譯,它們均應引起我們的重視并對其加以研究。文章以美劇《迷失》的字幕翻譯為主,通過瀏覽網絡上各大搜索引擎、查閱圖書資料等,收集關于功能目的論這個理論以及電影、電視劇字幕誤譯的相關材料,認真觀看美劇《迷失》,找出誤譯的中文字幕,探討其中的無意誤譯和有意誤譯現象,分析產生無意誤譯現象的原因,簡述誤譯現象的研究價值。從德國功能派的奠基理論——功能目的論的角度探討其如何進行有意誤譯,并利用功能目的論試著對無意誤譯提出改進意見。在實際翻譯中,應根據需要有效利用有意誤譯這一翻譯方法。
[Abstract]:Abstract: translation is a purposeful cross-cultural communication activity. It is not only a conversion between two languages, but also between two cultures. The cultural differences between different countries and nations inevitably lead to misinterpretation. Nowadays, American TV dramas are becoming more and more popular with Chinese audiences. However, for various reasons, subtitle translation inevitably exists the phenomenon of false translation. This phenomenon includes unintentional and intentional translation, which should be paid more attention and studied. Based on the subtitle translation of the American TV series "lost", this article collects relevant materials about the theory of functional telegraphy and the misinterpretation of subtitles in movies and TV dramas by browsing the major search engines on the Internet, consulting books and materials, etc. By watching the American TV series "lost", we can find out the Chinese subtitles of mistranslation, probe into the phenomena of unintentional and intentional mistranslation, analyze the causes of unintentional misinterpretation, and briefly describe the research value of the phenomenon. From the perspective of the functional Skopos theory, which is the foundation theory of German functionalism, this paper discusses how to carry out intentional misinterpretation, and tries to put forward some suggestions to improve the unintentional misinterpretation by using the functional Skopos theory. In actual translation, the method of intentional mistranslation should be used effectively according to the need.
