【摘要】：目的腦電監(jiān)測是目前麻醉深度監(jiān)測研究的熱點,Narcotrend作為新型麻醉深度監(jiān)護儀對麻醉/鎮(zhèn)靜的監(jiān)測效果顯著,但也存在不少缺陷。文中通過比較分析已發(fā)表的Narcotrend相關文獻,評價Narcotrend麻醉深度監(jiān)護儀在臨床應用方面的可靠性。方法使用Pubmed、CBMDisc數(shù)據(jù)庫、Google等搜索引擎進行電子檢索和人工檢索,獲取Narcotrend在臨床應用方面的文獻40篇。依據(jù)入選標準和排除標準,選擇其中23篇進行比較分析。結果在納入的23篇文獻中,對麻醉/鎮(zhèn)靜深度監(jiān)測可靠性的評價:11篇做出肯定的評價、5篇做出否定或中立的評價;有7篇做出全麻蘇醒時間縮短的評價;有6篇作出全麻藥物用量減少的評價。結論 Narcotrend在麻醉/鎮(zhèn)靜深度監(jiān)測可靠性方面存在矛盾結論,但依Narcotrend指導下臨床麻醉可以使全麻蘇醒時間縮短、相關麻醉藥物用量減少。
[Abstract]:Objective EEG monitoring is a hot topic in the field of anesthetic depth monitoring at present. As a new type of anesthetic depth monitor, Narcotrend has a remarkable effect on anesthetic / sedation monitoring, but it also has many defects. The reliability of Narcotrend anaesthesia depth monitor in clinical application was evaluated by comparing and analyzing the published literatures about Narcotrend. Methods Pubmed,CBMDisc database, Google and other search engines were used for electronic and manual retrieval, and 40 articles on clinical application of Narcotrend were obtained. According to the selection criteria and exclusion criteria, 23 of them were selected for comparative analysis. Results the reliability of depth monitoring of anesthesia / sedation was evaluated in 23 articles: 11 were positive, 5 were negative or neutral, 7 were evaluated with shorter recovery time of general anesthesia. Six articles evaluated the decrease in the use of general anesthesia drugs. Conclusion there are contradictory conclusions on the reliability of Narcotrend in the depth monitoring of anesthesia / sedation, but clinical anesthesia under the guidance of Narcotrend can shorten the recovery time of general anesthesia and decrease the dosage of related narcotic drugs.
