【摘要】：隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù),尤其是Web2.0技術(shù)的新興與發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)群體可以更自由的表達(dá)個(gè)人的態(tài)度、意見、情緒等,各種復(fù)雜的信息集聚成大量不同的主題、輿情,使得網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的群體意見或態(tài)度越來越具有影響力,甚至在某些方面超過了傳統(tǒng)輿情的力量,比如對政府部門的監(jiān)督,對突發(fā)事件的評價(jià)快速集聚等。因此網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情已經(jīng)成為社會(huì)輿情的一個(gè)重要的組成部分,并且其影響力正逐步提升。Web2.0下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情的研究目前已成為一個(gè)關(guān)系社會(huì)民生的重要話題和學(xué)科。研究新網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息的傳播控制對于社會(huì)穩(wěn)定有舉足輕重的作用。 本文針對Web2.0階段“以用戶為中心”的核心特點(diǎn),在分析了已有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息控制方法的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制技術(shù)應(yīng)該遵循力求保護(hù)網(wǎng)民的言論自由權(quán)利的原則,并不應(yīng)在主題或輿情形成時(shí)加以限制、刪除操作,而是在網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播初期、網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情形成期即加以引導(dǎo),從而完成對網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息的控制。 本文主要以網(wǎng)絡(luò)虛假信息、謠言作為研究的對象,在分析總結(jié)了以往網(wǎng)絡(luò)輿情信息傳播控制模型的基礎(chǔ)上,以具有數(shù)學(xué)證明嚴(yán)密特點(diǎn)的傳染病模型為基礎(chǔ),在已有的SEIR模型中引入直接免疫率,它能使?jié)摲鼈�(gè)體直接轉(zhuǎn)化為免疫個(gè)體；引入了外部輿論場的概念,其能夠強(qiáng)力推進(jìn)普通個(gè)體向免疫個(gè)體的轉(zhuǎn)化。通過引入這兩個(gè)關(guān)鍵參數(shù)改進(jìn)模型使其更接近于實(shí)際系統(tǒng)。 基于改進(jìn)的模型,本文利用開源Wiki實(shí)現(xiàn)了具有自凈化能力的輿情傳播控制實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺。通過Lucene+Heritrix搜索引擎實(shí)現(xiàn)了平臺中的外部輿論信息提取和話題推送功能,將相關(guān)信息加入網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播過程中,從而達(dá)到輿情引導(dǎo)的作用。 文章最后通過StarLogo仿真軟件對新模型下的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息傳播過程的效能進(jìn)行了仿真和分析,驗(yàn)證了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the emergence and development of Internet technology, especially Web2.0 technology, network groups can express their personal attitudes, opinions, emotions and so on more freely, and all kinds of complex information gather into a large number of different topics, public opinion, etc. It makes the group opinion or attitude in the network more and more influential, and even exceeds the power of traditional public opinion in some aspects, such as the supervision of government departments, the evaluation of sudden events and so on. Therefore, network public opinion has become an important part of social public opinion, and its influence is gradually rising. The research of network public opinion under Web2.0 has become an important topic and subject related to the people's livelihood. The research on the communication control of network public opinion information in the new network environment plays an important role in social stability. According to the core characteristics of "user-centered" in Web2.0 stage, based on the analysis of existing network information control methods, this paper holds that the existing network control technology should follow the principle of striving to protect the freedom of expression of Internet users. It should not be restricted when the subject or public opinion is formed, and the operation should be deleted, but in the early stage of network information dissemination, the forming period of network public opinion should be guided so as to complete the control of network public opinion information. This article mainly takes the network false information, the rumor as the research object, on the basis of the analysis and summary of the previous network public opinion information dissemination control model, based on the mathematical proof strict characteristics of the infectious disease model. Direct immune rate is introduced into the existing SEIR model, which can directly transform latent individuals into immune individuals, and the concept of external public opinion field is introduced, which can strongly promote the transformation of ordinary individuals to immune individuals. By introducing the improved model of these two key parameters, the model is closer to the real system. Based on the improved model, an experimental platform of public opinion propagation and control with self-purification ability is implemented by using open source Wiki. Through the Lucene Heritrix search engine, the external public opinion information extraction and topic push function are realized in the platform, and the relevant information is added to the network information dissemination process, thus achieving the function of public opinion guidance. Finally, the effectiveness of the network information transmission process under the new model is simulated and analyzed by StarLogo simulation software, and the validity of the model is verified.
