【摘要】："以用戶為中心"是當(dāng)前及今后一段時(shí)期政府網(wǎng)站建設(shè)理念演變和服務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新的首要原則,即站在社會(huì)公眾的角度去思考他們的行為模式,為公眾提供多樣化的便捷服務(wù)。當(dāng)前階段,每個(gè)政府門戶網(wǎng)站都積累了豐富的便民信息和服務(wù)資源,但這種"信息過載"卻給網(wǎng)站用戶查找信息帶來(lái)了很大困擾。通過分析中國(guó)政府門戶網(wǎng)站搜索引擎的現(xiàn)狀和趨勢(shì),以北京市農(nóng)業(yè)局為例,描述了智能搜索引擎在政府門戶網(wǎng)站的實(shí)現(xiàn)路徑,并詳述了其整體框架、工作機(jī)制和功能特色。智能搜索引擎系統(tǒng)在搜索體驗(yàn)的各環(huán)節(jié)均充分體現(xiàn)出人性化和智能的特點(diǎn),最大化消除了社會(huì)公眾對(duì)政府業(yè)務(wù)的認(rèn)知障礙,是構(gòu)建服務(wù)型政府網(wǎng)站的最佳切入點(diǎn),值得推廣借鑒。
[Abstract]:"taking the user as the center" is the primary principle of the evolution of the government website construction concept and the innovation of the service mode, that is, to think about their behavior mode from the public's point of view, and to provide the public with diversified and convenient services. At present, every government portal has accumulated abundant convenience information and service resources, but this kind of "information overload" has brought a lot of trouble to website users to find information. By analyzing the current situation and trend of Chinese government portal search engine, taking Beijing Bureau of Agriculture as an example, this paper describes the implementation path of intelligent search engine in government portal website, and details its overall framework, working mechanism and functional features. The intelligent search engine system fully embodies the characteristics of humanization and intelligence in all aspects of the search experience, maximizes the public's cognitive barriers to government business, and is the best entry point for the construction of service-oriented government websites. It is worth popularizing and learning.
