【摘要】：基于關(guān)鍵詞匹配的信息搜索技術(shù)日漸成熟,人們期待搜索引擎更加智能,能夠根據(jù)模糊需求啟發(fā)用戶找到正確的信息,探索式搜索由此出現(xiàn)。已有依據(jù)關(guān)鍵詞之間的語義關(guān)聯(lián)進(jìn)行搜索推薦的探索式搜索方式,能夠啟發(fā)用戶找到與當(dāng)前查詢相關(guān)的其他信息。然而,這種隨機式的推薦方式僅適用于用戶對不熟悉的領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行初步了解的應(yīng)用場景。針對有特定搜索意圖的用戶,如何有效利用用戶提供的信息,讓信息推薦以符合認(rèn)知規(guī)律的方式進(jìn)行,并且能夠使計算機智能地理解用戶的下一步信息需求的意圖是研究的關(guān)鍵。提出一種基于交互感知的信息推薦方法,設(shè)定交互的基本規(guī)則,便于系統(tǒng)盡快確定模糊用戶需求的搜索意圖。示例展示這種方式能夠?qū)τ行Ы换ミM(jìn)行定量分析,并能有效減少用戶與系統(tǒng)之間交互的步數(shù)。
[Abstract]:The information search technology based on keyword matching is maturing day by day. People expect the search engine to be more intelligent and can inspire users to find the correct information according to the fuzzy requirements. An exploratory search method based on semantic association between keywords can inspire users to find other information related to the current query. However, this random recommendation is only suitable for applications where users have a preliminary understanding of unfamiliar areas. How to make effective use of the information provided by the user and how to make the information recommendation in accordance with the rules of cognition for the users with a specific search intention? And it is the key of the research that the computer can intelligently understand the intention of the user's next information requirement. An information recommendation method based on interaction perception is proposed to set the basic rules of interaction so as to facilitate the system to determine the search intention of fuzzy user requirements as soon as possible. Examples show that this method can quantitatively analyze the effective interaction and reduce the number of steps between the user and the system.
