【摘要】：我國海洋信息化建設(shè)正處在由數(shù)字海洋向智慧海洋發(fā)展的階段，智慧海洋就是對(duì)海洋數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行全面感知理解，進(jìn)而提供智慧交互服務(wù)。海洋數(shù)據(jù)因其具有跨領(lǐng)域多學(xué)科交叉、數(shù)據(jù)格式多樣異構(gòu)、歸屬復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn)，進(jìn)行海量海洋數(shù)據(jù)搜索及展示顯得非常困難。本文通過智慧海洋搜索引擎分析和設(shè)計(jì)，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)海洋信息數(shù)據(jù)搜索的“感知理解，智慧交互”，提高海洋信息數(shù)據(jù)的利用效率。本文作了如下工作： 第一，對(duì)智慧海洋搜索引擎進(jìn)行需求分析，獲得需求模型。為實(shí)現(xiàn)海洋安全案例的搜索及態(tài)勢展示，從角色模型、業(yè)務(wù)模型、數(shù)據(jù)流三方面進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的需求分析及描述。 第二，完成了智慧海洋搜索引擎的總體架構(gòu)與功能設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合智慧海洋搜索引擎的需求分析對(duì)智慧海洋搜索引擎（臺(tái)風(fēng)）的總體架構(gòu)、具體功能、平臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)。 第三，，以臺(tái)風(fēng)的搜索及態(tài)勢展示實(shí)現(xiàn)為例，初步完成了智慧海洋搜索引擎實(shí)現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用。結(jié)合臺(tái)風(fēng)的搜索及態(tài)勢展示的總體架構(gòu)與功能的設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行模塊開發(fā)，初步完成開發(fā)和實(shí)現(xiàn)。 論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于通過對(duì)海洋安全案例進(jìn)行抽取分析獲得搜索及態(tài)勢展示所需的特性特征值；結(jié)合大數(shù)據(jù)的數(shù)據(jù)處理及展示理念，發(fā)掘海洋數(shù)據(jù)規(guī)律并進(jìn)行預(yù)測；結(jié)合海洋災(zāi)害成災(zāi)鏈、海洋災(zāi)害應(yīng)急管理理論，有針對(duì)性進(jìn)行海洋安全態(tài)勢場景展示與交互。
[Abstract]:The construction of ocean information in our country is in the stage of developing from digital ocean to intelligent ocean. Intelligent ocean is a comprehensive understanding of ocean data and provides interactive services of wisdom. Ocean data is very difficult to search and display because of its characteristics of interdisciplinary, heterogeneous and heterogeneous data format, complex attribution and so on. Through the analysis and design of intelligent ocean search engine, this paper realizes the "perceptual understanding, intelligent interaction" of ocean information data search, and improves the utilization efficiency of marine information data. The main work of this paper is as follows: first, the requirement analysis of intelligent ocean search engine is carried out and the requirement model is obtained. In order to realize the search and situation display of marine safety cases, the requirements are analyzed and described in detail from three aspects: role model, business model and data flow. Secondly, the overall structure and function design of intelligent ocean search engine are completed. Based on the requirement analysis of intelligent ocean search engine (Typhoon), the general structure, specific function and platform data of intelligent ocean search engine (Typhoon) are designed in detail. Third, taking the typhoon search and situation display as an example, the realization and application of intelligent ocean search engine are preliminarily completed. Combined with the overall structure and function design of typhoon search and situation display, the development and implementation of the module are completed. The innovation of this paper lies in obtaining the characteristic value of searching and situation display by extracting and analyzing the case of marine safety, combining big data's idea of data processing and displaying, excavating and forecasting the law of ocean data. Combined with the marine disaster chain and the theory of marine disaster emergency management, the scene of marine security situation is displayed and interacted.
