【摘要】：從3個(gè)方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶信息查詢行為研究領(lǐng)域的主要進(jìn)展和熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行評(píng)介,包括:①網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶信息查尋行為的相關(guān)概念;②主要研究?jī)?nèi)容,包括用戶利用搜索引擎的信息查尋行為研究、特定用戶群體信息查詢行為研究、用戶個(gè)體差異對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息查尋行為的影響、網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶信息查尋行為模型的構(gòu)建;③研究方法,包括查詢?nèi)罩痉治龇�、�?wèn)卷法、訪談法、觀察法、出聲思維法。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the main research progress and hot issues in the field of information query behavior of network users at home and abroad from three aspects, including the related concepts of information searching behavior of network users at 1: 1. It includes the research of information searching behavior of users using search engine, the research of information query behavior of specific user groups, the influence of user's individual difference on network information searching behavior, and the method of constructing information searching behavior model of network users. Including query log analysis, questionnaire, interview, observation, voice thinking.
