大學(xué)生動態(tài)求職招聘與信息分析系統(tǒng)的分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:目前,招聘會的業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)時性和業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同性差,不能滿足參會人員的需求。參會人員不能提前掌握用工單位和高校畢業(yè)生的詳細(xì)信息,會后信息反饋不及時,招聘會很熱鬧,但效率低,這給雙方造成時間和精力上的浪費(fèi)和損失,也給招聘會帶來沉重的勞動負(fù)擔(dān)。 本文通過研究招聘的手段和途徑,結(jié)合北京高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心的資源優(yōu)勢,針對用工單位和高校畢業(yè)生提出的新需求,以進(jìn)一步提升高校畢業(yè)生面試成功率、用工單位招聘效率和高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)效果為目標(biāo),提出了全新的招聘會模式——“網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘+現(xiàn)場招聘”。本文運(yùn)用UML(統(tǒng)一建模語言)的用例圖和順序圖進(jìn)行需求與功能分析,運(yùn)用傳統(tǒng)分析方法對系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和數(shù)據(jù)流進(jìn)行分析,通過實(shí)體-聯(lián)系(E-R)圖建立數(shù)據(jù)存儲模型,最終完成大學(xué)生動態(tài)求職招聘與信息分析系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)場招聘會信息采集,就業(yè)信息統(tǒng)計、分析和發(fā)布工作,最終為學(xué)校改善技能培訓(xùn)、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和政策咨詢服務(wù)提供依據(jù),減少大學(xué)生求職的盲目性,提高參會單位質(zhì)量和學(xué)生數(shù)量,提高用工單位招聘效度和質(zhì)量。本系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn): 1.現(xiàn)場招聘會身份安全驗(yàn)證與信息采集。 目前,在現(xiàn)場招聘會中利用驗(yàn)證身份沒有先例的,本項(xiàng)目對此進(jìn)行了有益的嘗試。本項(xiàng)目為就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心、學(xué)校、用工單位配置二代身份證閱讀器,對招聘現(xiàn)場情況全程記錄,有效的解決了參加現(xiàn)場招聘會人員的信息驗(yàn)證、動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集。學(xué)?梢酝ㄟ^本系統(tǒng)獲得現(xiàn)場招聘會的動態(tài)統(tǒng)計資料,掌握本校學(xué)生參加現(xiàn)場招聘會情況、用工單(?)面試情況、學(xué)生面試崗位情況等數(shù)據(jù),并加以分析。 2.采用WEB2.0技術(shù),增加求職招聘成功率。 在舉辦現(xiàn)場招聘會前,發(fā)布會刊,學(xué)生預(yù)投簡歷,用工單位預(yù)篩簡歷。通過現(xiàn)場招聘會動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)采集,系統(tǒng)對進(jìn)入招聘會的大學(xué)生與用工單位進(jìn)行動態(tài)匹配,用工單位可以實(shí)時看到自己關(guān)注的大學(xué)生是否已經(jīng)進(jìn)入會場,可以主動用自動短信發(fā)出面試邀請。由于面試前就做了信息匹配,又有短信、網(wǎng)站做支撐,可以提高求職招聘效率和成功率,同時也減少紙張浪費(fèi)。 3.使用SPSS數(shù)據(jù)挖掘技術(shù),定義分析模型。 由于學(xué)校和中心系統(tǒng)都在不斷更新,使用了可定義式數(shù)據(jù)整合技術(shù)輔助數(shù)據(jù)采集,大大提高了數(shù)據(jù)采集的效率。基于搜索引擎技術(shù)的數(shù)據(jù)采集和深度數(shù)據(jù)整合,閑時分析數(shù)據(jù),動態(tài)整理、自動入庫,入庫數(shù)據(jù)自動推送給學(xué)校,不增加中心、學(xué)校的工作量,為學(xué)校和中心提供完整原始數(shù)據(jù),支撐統(tǒng)計、分析和決策。
[Abstract]:At present, the real-time business and business cooperation of the job fair are poor, which can not meet the needs of the participants. The participants could not grasp the detailed information of the employment units and university graduates in advance, the feedback after the meeting was not timely, the job fair was very lively, but the efficiency was low, which caused waste and loss of time and energy to both sides. It also brings a heavy burden of labor to the job fair. By studying the means and ways of recruiting, combining the resource advantages of Beijing University Employment guidance Center, this paper aims at the new demands of employment units and college graduates in order to further enhance the success rate of college graduates' interview. Aiming at the efficiency of recruitment and the effect of employment guidance in colleges and universities, this paper puts forward a new mode of job fair-"On-the-spot recruitment for online recruitment". In this paper, the use case diagram and sequence diagram of UML are used to analyze the requirement and function, the traditional analysis method is used to analyze the system structure and data flow, and the data storage model is established through the entity-relation (E-R) diagram. Finally, the system design of dynamic job recruitment and information analysis for college students is completed. The system realizes the information collection, employment information statistics, analysis and release of job fair information, and finally provides the basis for improving skills training, employment guidance and policy consulting services, and reduces the blindness of college students seeking job. Improve the quality of participating units and the number of students, improve the recruitment validity and quality of employment units. The characteristics of the system: 1. On-site job fair identity security verification and information collection. At present, there is no precedent for the use of identity verification in the job fair, and this project has made a beneficial attempt. This project for the employment guidance center, schools, employment units equipped with the second generation ID card reader, the full record of the recruitment site situation, effective solution to participate in the on-site job fair information verification, dynamic data collection. Through this system, the school can obtain the dynamic statistical information of the on-the-spot job fair, master the students' participation in the on-site job fair, and the employment order (?) Interview situation, student interview position and other data, and to be analyzed. 2. Using Web 2.0 technology to increase the success rate of job recruitment. Before holding the job fair, issue the journal, send the resume in advance, screen the resume in advance. Through the dynamic data collection of the job fair, the system dynamically matches the college students who enter the job fair with the employment units. The employers can see in real time whether the college students who are concerned about themselves have entered the venue. Can use automatic text message to send the interview invitation. Using SPSS data mining technology, define the analysis model.
