【摘要】：以中外文數(shù)據(jù)庫及網(wǎng)絡搜索引擎檢索到的文獻為基礎(chǔ),運用文獻調(diào)查法、內(nèi)容分析法、比較研究法等,對國內(nèi)外圖書館職業(yè)能力研究領(lǐng)域的進展進行述評。總結(jié)了研究和實踐的特點,包括:與各方加強合作;明晰圖書館職業(yè)能力研究的基本問題;深入了解新業(yè)態(tài)環(huán)境下圖書館專業(yè)館員職業(yè)能力的變遷;準確認識和把握研究內(nèi)容;構(gòu)建實用的職業(yè)能力體系模型;充分發(fā)揮各級各類圖書館學(協(xié))會的作用等,可為我國圖書館職業(yè)能力提升提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:Based on the literature retrieved by Chinese and foreign language databases and web search engines, this paper reviews the progress in the field of library professional competence research at home and abroad by means of literature survey, content analysis, comparative research and so on. This paper summarizes the characteristics of research and practice, including: strengthening cooperation with all parties; clarifying the basic problems in the study of library professional competence; deeply understanding the changes of professional librarians' professional competence in the new environment; Constructing a practical professional ability system model and giving full play to the role of all levels of library science (association) can provide reference and reference for the promotion of library professional ability in China.
