某企業(yè)招聘管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:招聘管理作為人力資源管理的一部分,在整個(gè)企業(yè)的人力資源管理中發(fā)揮了重大作用,F(xiàn)場招聘需要耗費(fèi)大量的人力成本,經(jīng)濟(jì)成本和時(shí)間成本,相比而言網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘為企業(yè)提供了便捷、高效的招聘優(yōu)質(zhì)人才的途徑。相對傳統(tǒng)招聘,網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘系統(tǒng)體現(xiàn)出了地域限制少、信息量大、招聘成本低的巨大優(yōu)勢。但是,面對求職者的海量信息,如何高效的管理這些求職信息,在短時(shí)間內(nèi)篩選出適合企業(yè)的優(yōu)質(zhì)人才,同時(shí)將潛在人才資源的信息妥善分類保管,已經(jīng)成為企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)招聘管理系統(tǒng)的主要難題。一個(gè)具有安全性、可擴(kuò)展性、可維護(hù)性的招聘管理系統(tǒng),是相當(dāng)有必要的。 論文中概述了采用CAS單點(diǎn)登陸系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行登陸,通過用戶角色進(jìn)行鑒權(quán),采用Spring MVC框架與MySQL數(shù)據(jù)庫相結(jié)合,設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的招聘管理系統(tǒng)。 本文主要介紹了一個(gè)為作者實(shí)習(xí)所在的搜索引擎公司,設(shè)計(jì)并實(shí)現(xiàn)一個(gè)高效的企業(yè)招聘管理系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)共分為四部分,其一CAS單點(diǎn)登錄系統(tǒng),鑒于該公司內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)較多,如使用單獨(dú)的登陸系統(tǒng),將帶來用戶數(shù)據(jù)不統(tǒng)一、開發(fā)成本浪費(fèi)等問題。所以,招聘管理系統(tǒng)采用CAS單點(diǎn)登陸。其二為鑒權(quán)系統(tǒng),招聘管理系統(tǒng)的用戶為各個(gè)部門的管理人員,以及人力資源部門的工作人員,鑒權(quán)系統(tǒng)的目標(biāo)是實(shí)現(xiàn)最小權(quán)限原則,面向不同角色的進(jìn)行訪問控制。其三為人才信息處理系統(tǒng),包含針對求職者信息的篩選,通過,淘汰,通過郵箱、短信等途徑發(fā)送通知信息等功能。其四為智能推薦部分,針對海量應(yīng)聘者,系統(tǒng)將根據(jù)針對不同職位的描述與應(yīng)聘者的個(gè)人簡介進(jìn)行比較,將兩段文字經(jīng)過分詞算法,分別計(jì)算并統(tǒng)計(jì)出3-5個(gè)關(guān)鍵詞,在這兩段文字的關(guān)鍵詞之間進(jìn)行語義相似度計(jì)算。當(dāng)相似度在75%以上時(shí),系統(tǒng)自動推薦該求職者適合當(dāng)前職位,并將信息展示給人力資源管理人員。本人主要負(fù)責(zé)后三個(gè)部分的開發(fā)工作。
[Abstract]:As a part of human resource management, recruitment management plays an important role in the whole enterprise human resource management. On-site recruitment requires a large amount of manpower cost, economic cost and time cost. Compared with online recruitment, it provides a convenient and efficient way for enterprises to recruit high-quality talents. Compared with the traditional recruitment system, the network recruitment system embodies the huge advantages of less geographical limitation, large amount of information and low recruitment cost. However, in the face of the vast amount of information of job seekers, how to efficiently manage these information, in a short period of time to screen out qualified personnel suitable for the enterprise, and at the same time, the information of potential talent resources is properly classified and kept. Has become the enterprise network recruitment management system the main difficult problem. A secure, extensible and maintainable recruitment management system is necessary. In this paper, a recruitment management system is designed and developed by using CAS single point login system, user role authentication, Spring MVC framework and MySQL database. This paper mainly introduces a search engine company for the author's internship, and designs and implements an efficient enterprise recruitment management system. The system is divided into four parts, one is CAS single sign-on system. In view of the large number of internal systems in the company, if we use a separate login system, it will bring about some problems, such as user data is not unified, development cost is wasted and so on. Therefore, the recruitment management system uses CAS single-point login. The second is the authentication system, the users of the recruitment management system are the managers of each department, as well as the staff of the human resources department. The goal of the authentication system is to realize the principle of minimum authority and access control for different roles. The third is the talent information processing system, including the selection of information for job seekers, through, out, through email, SMS and other means to send notification information and other functions. The fourth part is intelligent recommendation, for a large number of candidates, the system will be based on the description of different positions and the personal profile of the applicant to compare the two paragraphs of text segmentation algorithm, respectively calculate and statistics 3-5 keywords, The semantic similarity between the keywords of the two paragraphs is calculated. When the similarity is more than 75%, the system automatically recommends the candidate for the current position, and displays the information to the human resources manager. I am mainly responsible for the development of the last three parts.
