【摘要】:第一部分 臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的形成 目的 形成臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的內(nèi)容框架。 方法 根據(jù)研究目的及研究設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)CNKI、萬(wàn)方、維普及PubMed等數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)查閱有關(guān)臨床護(hù)理教師角色方面的文獻(xiàn),同時(shí)借助各大搜索引擎工具查閱有關(guān)臨床護(hù)理教師角色等方面的理論及圖書(shū)并進(jìn)行專家訪談。 結(jié)果 參考國(guó)外臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的研究?jī)?nèi)容框架,主要借鑒相當(dāng)完善的日本國(guó)家的研究基礎(chǔ)并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)臨床護(hù)理教師的目前實(shí)際情況,形成了包含實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)前的準(zhǔn)備、對(duì)護(hù)生的教學(xué)、與學(xué)校教師合作、臨床實(shí)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備、與病房護(hù)士加強(qiáng)協(xié)作5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、61個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 第二部分 臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的初步構(gòu)建 目的 初步構(gòu)建臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 方法 采用Delphi法對(duì)選取的22位省內(nèi)外臨床護(hù)理及護(hù)理教育專家進(jìn)行2輪專家預(yù)測(cè);利用矩陣對(duì)偶比較法(層次分析法的改良方法)確定評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。 結(jié)果 2輪專家咨詢問(wèn)卷回收率分別為92.3%、100%,有效率為91.7%、100%,顯示專家的積極性較高,專家的權(quán)威系數(shù)Cr為0.872;實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)前的準(zhǔn)備、對(duì)護(hù)生的教學(xué)、與學(xué)校教師合作、臨床實(shí)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備、與病房護(hù)士加強(qiáng)協(xié)作5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重分別為0.286、0.238、0.119、0.262、0.095,最終確立了包含實(shí)習(xí)指導(dǎo)前的準(zhǔn)備、對(duì)護(hù)生的教學(xué)、與學(xué)校教師合作、臨床實(shí)習(xí)準(zhǔn)備、與病房護(hù)士加強(qiáng)協(xié)作5個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及其56個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。 結(jié)論 本研究有著較高的專家積極性、權(quán)威程度;運(yùn)用矩陣對(duì)偶比較法對(duì)指標(biāo)體系中各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行權(quán)重賦值,具有一定科學(xué)合理性;涵蓋內(nèi)容較為全面的臨床護(hù)理教師角色評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的構(gòu)建,,為護(hù)理管理及護(hù)理教育者們制定有效的教師管理策略提供了必要的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the first part, the purpose of forming the evaluation index system of clinical nursing teacher's role is to form the content frame of clinical nursing teacher's role evaluation index system. Methods according to the purpose and design of the study, the database CNKI, Wanfang, Weip and PubMed were reviewed about the role of clinical nursing teachers. At the same time, with the help of various search engine tools to consult the clinical nursing teacher's role and other aspects of the theory and books, and carry out expert interviews. Results referring to the research content frame of foreign clinical nursing teachers' role evaluation index system, mainly referring to the quite perfect research foundation of Japan and combining with the current actual situation of clinical nursing teachers in China. The evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers' role was formed which included the preparation before practice instruction, teaching of nursing students, cooperation with school teachers, clinical practice preparation, strengthening cooperation with ward nurses, five first-class indexes and 61 second-level indexes. The second part is the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers' role objective: to construct the evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers' role. Methods Twenty two experts of clinical nursing and nursing education in and out of the province were predicted by Delphi method, and the weight of each index of evaluation index system was determined by matrix duality comparison method (improved method of analytic hierarchy process). Results the recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire was 92.3100, and the effective rate was 91.7%, which showed that the enthusiasm of experts was high, the authority coefficient of experts was 0.872.The preparation of nursing students before practice and the teaching of nursing students cooperated with school teachers. Clinical practice preparation, strengthening cooperation with ward nurses, the weights of the five first class indexes were 0.286U 0.238U 0.119190.2620.095 respectively. Finally, the preparation of nursing students was established, the teaching of nursing students, cooperation with school teachers, and clinical practice preparation. The evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers' role in 5 first-degree indexes and 56 second-order indexes in collaboration with ward nurses. Conclusion this study has a high degree of expert enthusiasm and authority, and it is scientific and reasonable to assign the weight of each index in the index system by using matrix duality comparison method. The construction of a comprehensive evaluation index system of clinical nursing teachers' role provides a necessary basis for nursing management and nursing educators to formulate effective teacher management strategies.
