【摘要】：以用戶的自然、社會屬性對用戶在搜索中使用檢索語言的影響為研究對象,旨在對影響用戶行為的因素作探索性研究。綜合網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查問卷的分析結(jié)果和用戶參與對比實驗法,得出性別、年齡、學(xué)歷和專業(yè)教育對用戶語言使用影響的結(jié)論。對于此問題的研究,有助于認清搜索過程的影響因素,進而可以以此建模,改善搜索引擎的服務(wù)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:The purpose of this paper is to make an exploratory study on the factors that affect the user's behavior by taking the influence of user's natural and social attributes on the users' use of retrieval language in search as the research object. The results of the analysis of the questionnaire and the comparative experiment of users' participation were used to draw the conclusion that gender, age, educational background and professional education had an impact on the language use of users. The research on this problem is helpful to recognize the factors influencing the search process, and then to model the model and improve the service quality of the search engine.
