【摘要】:六年多前的2006年8月,當(dāng)谷歌CE0埃里克·施密特在圣何塞的搜索引擎大會(huì)上第一次從商業(yè)角度提出“云計(jì)算”概念時(shí),人們還不清楚它將會(huì)走多遠(yuǎn),但六年后的今天,云計(jì)算產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)已經(jīng)逐漸發(fā)展成熟,成為信息技術(shù)發(fā)展的新方向。以云計(jì)算服務(wù)和應(yīng)用為中心,以移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)為載體的云計(jì)算時(shí)代已經(jīng)來(lái)臨,云計(jì)算已經(jīng)成為推動(dòng)當(dāng)今移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)高速發(fā)展的最重要技術(shù)支持。以云計(jì)算為代表的信息技術(shù)變革不但正潛移默化改變著人們的生活方式和溝通方式,而且因其獨(dú)具創(chuàng)新的技術(shù)應(yīng)用模式給企業(yè)的未來(lái)帶來(lái)了更加廣闊的想象空間。然而,云計(jì)算在為企業(yè)提升信息技術(shù)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的同時(shí),同樣也為企業(yè)IT部門(mén)帶來(lái)了巨大的挑戰(zhàn),作為企業(yè)信息技術(shù)主要推動(dòng)者的IT部門(mén)將不得不面對(duì)和解決諸如“云計(jì)算所帶來(lái)的信息技術(shù)商品化趨勢(shì)下如何調(diào)整IT戰(zhàn)略?”和“云計(jì)算時(shí)代如何對(duì)信息技術(shù)服務(wù)消費(fèi)化和社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)化趨勢(shì)做出回應(yīng)?”等諸多問(wèn)題。 本論文以高科技跨國(guó)企業(yè)YT公司IT部門(mén)在云計(jì)算時(shí)代的變化和調(diào)整為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用管理學(xué)知識(shí)和戰(zhàn)略管理理論,首先對(duì)云計(jì)算時(shí)代之前的YT公司IT部門(mén)狀況進(jìn)行了分析,并羅列了IT部門(mén)在云計(jì)算時(shí)代所面臨的各種機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),然后分別介紹了YT公司工T部門(mén)在IT技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略方面和IT服務(wù)管理所作出的管理變革,并分析了云計(jì)算在這些管理變革中所起到的作用。在IT服務(wù)管理變革中,主要探討了YT公司以ITIL V3IT服務(wù)生命周期理念為指導(dǎo)的最佳實(shí)踐和IT服務(wù)平臺(tái)向云計(jì)算平臺(tái)的遷移。而在IT技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略管理變革中,則著重研究了YT公司在IT消費(fèi)化和IT社交化方面所做的嘗試和努力。最后,本文還對(duì)YT公司IT部門(mén)在云計(jì)算時(shí)代的戰(zhàn)略定位變化進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)分析和探討,并提出了“IT戰(zhàn)略地位并不會(huì)隨信息技術(shù)商品化而喪失,其對(duì)于企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略?xún)r(jià)值反而越來(lái)越重要”的觀(guān)點(diǎn)。 本文最后對(duì)以YT公司為代表的跨國(guó)企業(yè)IT發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì)和其特點(diǎn)做了總結(jié),希望通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)外先進(jìn)企業(yè)信息技術(shù)戰(zhàn)略管理的最新理念和實(shí)踐的介紹,幫助國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)更清晰認(rèn)識(shí)信息技術(shù)對(duì)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略?xún)r(jià)值,并且推動(dòng)國(guó)內(nèi)企業(yè)IT組織向“創(chuàng)新中心”和“價(jià)值中心”的轉(zhuǎn)變,最終利用以云計(jì)算為代表的信息技術(shù)構(gòu)建新的企業(yè)信息化管理模式,給未來(lái)企業(yè)的運(yùn)營(yíng)和發(fā)展帶來(lái)質(zhì)的飛躍。
[Abstract]:More than six years ago, in August 2006, when Eric Schmidt, Google's CE0, first introduced the concept of "cloud computing" from a business perspective at the search engine conference in San Jose, it was not clear how far it would go, but six years later, Cloud computing products and services have gradually developed and become a new direction of information technology development. Cloud computing era, which is centered on cloud computing services and applications and based on mobile Internet and social networks, has come. Cloud computing has become the most important technology support to promote the rapid development of mobile Internet and social networks. The change of information technology represented by cloud computing is not only changing people's way of life and communication, but also bringing wider imagination space to the future of enterprises because of its unique and innovative technology application mode. However, cloud computing not only enhances the core competitiveness of information technology for enterprises, but also brings enormous challenges to IT departments of enterprises. As the main driver of enterprise information technology, IT departments will have to face and solve such as "how to adjust IT strategy in the trend of commoditization of information technology brought by cloud computing?" And "how does the cloud computing era respond to trends in the consumption of information technology services and social networking?" And so on many questions. This paper takes the change and adjustment of IT department of YT Corporation in the cloud computing era as the research object, applies the knowledge of management and strategic management theory, firstly analyzes the situation of IT department of YT Company before the cloud computing era. It lists the opportunities and challenges that IT departments face in the cloud computing era, and then introduces the management changes in IT technology strategy and IT service management in YT Company respectively. It also analyzes the role of cloud computing in these management changes. In the transformation of IT service management, YT mainly discusses the best practice guided by the concept of ITIL V3IT service lifecycle and the migration of IT service platform to cloud computing platform. In the change of IT technology strategic management, YT company's attempt and effort in IT consumptionization and IT socializing are studied emphatically. Finally, this paper analyzes and discusses in detail the strategic positioning changes of IT department of YT Company in the cloud computing era, and points out that "IT strategic position will not be lost with the commercialization of information technology." On the contrary, the strategic value of the enterprise is becoming more and more important. Finally, this paper summarizes the new trend and characteristics of IT development in multinational enterprises represented by YT Company, and hopes to introduce the latest ideas and practices of IT strategic management in foreign advanced enterprises. To help domestic enterprises to understand more clearly the strategic value of information technology to enterprises, and to promote the transformation of IT organizations from domestic enterprises to "innovation centres" and "value centres". Finally, the information technology represented by cloud computing is used to construct a new enterprise information management model, which brings a qualitative leap to the operation and development of enterprises in the future.
