【摘要】：隨著因特網(wǎng)的發(fā)展與普及，利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)輔助翻譯已成為當(dāng)代譯者—項不可或缺的技能。然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源雖然異常豐富,但由于其來源廣泛,不可避免地會出現(xiàn)信息良莠不齊、魚龍混雜的現(xiàn)象,翻譯工作者如何在浩如煙海的網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源中找到有用的信息,如何充分利用因特網(wǎng)輔助翻譯以提高翻譯的質(zhì)量和效率已成為一個不可忽視的課題。本文將結(jié)合自己在翻譯實踐過程中所獲得的經(jīng)驗,從網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息檢索的角度總結(jié)翻譯過程中搜索引擎輔助翻譯的基本功能,例如準(zhǔn)確地運用布爾運算符等,必要時還可以結(jié)合高級搜索,就能更快、更精確地搜索到我們所需要的內(nèi)容。在翻譯專有名詞時,借助因特網(wǎng)不僅可以快捷、地道地完成翻譯,而且還能了解到該專有名詞的很多相關(guān)信息。而使用通配符“*”,或是借助“誘導(dǎo)詞”進行搜索,能有效地破譯某些疑難短語。此外,我們還可以利用因特網(wǎng)的域名體系,如以.us結(jié)尾的域名,來驗證翻譯結(jié)果是否地道,因為以它結(jié)尾的域名其使用者基本上來自美國本土,所以搜索結(jié)果基本上可以認(rèn)定為是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的美式英語。當(dāng)然,譯者必須記住因特網(wǎng)只是翻譯過程中的一門工具,在實際翻譯過程中譯者需要根據(jù)具體情況來確定譯文,而不能完全依賴于因特網(wǎng)。
[Abstract]:With the development and popularization of the Internet, the use of Internet-assisted translation has become an indispensable skill for contemporary translators. However, although the network resources are extremely rich, due to its wide range of sources, there will inevitably be a phenomenon of mixed information, so how can translators find useful information in the vast network resources? How to make full use of Internet assisted translation to improve translation quality and efficiency has become a problem that can not be ignored. Based on the experience gained in translation practice, this paper summarizes the basic functions of search engine assisted translation in the process of translation from the point of view of network information retrieval, such as the accurate use of Boolean operators, and so on. If necessary, you can combine advanced search to search for what we need faster and more accurately. In the translation of proper nouns, the Internet can not only quickly and truly complete the translation, but also know a lot of relevant information about the proper nouns. The use of wildcards, or the use of "inducer" search, can effectively decipher some difficult phrases. In addition, we can also use the Internet domain name system, such as the domain name ending with .us, to verify whether the translation result is authentic, because the domain name ending with it is basically used in the United States. So search results can basically be recognized as standard American English. Of course, the translator must bear in mind that the Internet is only a tool in the process of translation. In the actual translation process, the translator needs to determine the target text according to the specific circumstances, rather than relying entirely on the Internet.
