基于描述邏輯的用戶偏好建模方法研究

【摘要】:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的不斷發(fā)展,人們已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了信息化時(shí)代。網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的資源和信息量呈爆炸性的增長(zhǎng),這些信息在豐富人們生活的同時(shí)也給使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)的人們帶來了很多問題。過量的信息使得人們想從當(dāng)中準(zhǔn)確地找到自己需要的信息變得十分困難,用戶對(duì)信息的需求具有多樣性,Web搜索引擎并不能根據(jù)用戶的特點(diǎn),為用戶提供具有個(gè)性化的服務(wù)。因此如何了解用戶意圖,掌握用戶的個(gè)性化信息,提供個(gè)性化服務(wù)成為一個(gè)亟待解決的問題。在個(gè)性化信息服務(wù)中,用戶模型是個(gè)性化服務(wù)研究的重點(diǎn)。個(gè)性化服務(wù)首先需要建立用戶模型,然后才能針對(duì)不同用戶提供個(gè)性化服務(wù)。傳統(tǒng)的用戶模型大都使用關(guān)鍵詞來表示用戶興趣,能夠表達(dá)的形式簡(jiǎn)單,并且沒有考慮詞和詞之間內(nèi)在的關(guān)聯(lián),不能從語義上對(duì)信息進(jìn)行理解。描述邏輯是基于對(duì)象的形式化的知識(shí)表達(dá),具有良好的表達(dá)能力和可判定性,能夠在知識(shí)庫(kù)的概念之間進(jìn)行語義關(guān)聯(lián)并利用推理能力對(duì)描述邏輯中的知識(shí)進(jìn)行推理。針對(duì)以上問題,本文提出了基于描述邏輯用戶偏好建模方法。根據(jù)描述邏輯表達(dá)能力強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),將偏好以描述邏輯的形式進(jìn)行表達(dá),并對(duì)描述邏輯偏好表達(dá)的結(jié)構(gòu)和內(nèi)容進(jìn)行說明和分析,對(duì)用戶偏好模型進(jìn)行形式化的描述,為建模提供框架結(jié)構(gòu)。在描述邏輯表達(dá)的偏好基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)用戶偏好模型進(jìn)行建模和更新等各種操作。描述邏輯具有強(qiáng)大的推理能力,通過描述邏輯的推理和偏好之間的語義關(guān)聯(lián),從偏好模型建立和使用的角度,對(duì)模型中的沖突檢測(cè)、優(yōu)化表達(dá),以及知識(shí)的獲取三方面進(jìn)行推理分析。根據(jù)提出的方法,本文通過給出實(shí)例,對(duì)偏好模型的建立、偏好的更新以及偏好的推理三方面進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn)的驗(yàn)證,并且通過實(shí)驗(yàn)證明了方法的可行性。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet, people have entered the information age. The amount of resources and information on the network increases explosively, which not only enriches people's lives, but also brings a lot of problems to people who use the network. Too much information makes it very difficult for people to find the information they need accurately. Web search engine can not provide users with personalized services according to the characteristics of users. Therefore, how to understand the user's intention, grasp the user's personalized information and provide personalized services has become a problem to be solved. In personalized information service, user model is the focus of personalized service research. The personalization service needs to establish the user model first, then can provide the personalization service to the different user. Most of the traditional user models use keywords to express user interest, which can express the interest of users simply, and do not consider the inherent relationship between words and words, so they can not understand the information from the semantic point of view. Description logic is a formal knowledge representation based on object. It has good expressive ability and decidability. It can correlate the concepts of knowledge base and use the reasoning ability to infer the knowledge in description logic. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes a modeling method based on description logic for user preference. According to the strong expressive ability of description logic, preference is expressed in the form of description logic, the structure and content of description logic preference expression are explained and analyzed, and the user preference model is described formally. Provide framework structure for modeling. On the basis of describing the preference of logical expression, the user preference model is modeled and updated. Description logic has powerful reasoning ability. By describing the semantic relation between reasoning and preference of logic, from the perspective of establishing and using preference model, the conflict detection and expression in the model are optimized. And the acquisition of knowledge from three aspects of reasoning analysis. According to the proposed method, an example is given to verify the establishment of preference model, the renewal of preference and the reasoning of preference, and the feasibility of the method is proved by experiments.
