【摘要】:Internet改變了人們傳統(tǒng)的生活、學(xué)習(xí)和工作方式,同時3g技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使有線和無線互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的結(jié)合更加親密無間化,手機(jī)閱讀、手機(jī)購物、手機(jī)電視等漸成潮流,而作為數(shù)字圖書館功能延伸的手機(jī)圖書館也在蓬勃發(fā)展之中。 歐美、日本等發(fā)達(dá)國家早于2000年就開始手機(jī)圖書館實(shí)踐,到如今建立了數(shù)目可觀的手機(jī)圖書館,并且服務(wù)內(nèi)容較交互化、個性化,手機(jī)客戶端實(shí)現(xiàn)模式正趕超短信和WAP模式。而我國的手機(jī)圖書館實(shí)踐起步晚,服務(wù)內(nèi)容單薄,服務(wù)模式還是以短信和WAP網(wǎng)站為主。所以對我國手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)的情況進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而發(fā)現(xiàn)其存在的問題,從而促進(jìn)手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)推廣,是非常必要的。 文章的研究思路是,首先利用安徽大學(xué)圖書館期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索引擎收集與研究課題相關(guān)的資料并建立資料庫;其次對開通手機(jī)圖書館服務(wù)的部分高校館和公共館利用其圖書館網(wǎng)站和搜索引擎進(jìn)行網(wǎng)站訪問,對未開通手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)的合肥市高校館實(shí)地發(fā)放調(diào)查問卷;最后對收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計分析并把分析結(jié)果繪制成圖表。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果,找出我國手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)的問題,并給出相符的問題解決對策。 文章共分六章:第一章闡述了研究背景、目的、研究方法、內(nèi)容等,并綜述了國內(nèi)外手機(jī)圖書館的理論研究和實(shí)踐現(xiàn)狀;第二章介紹了手機(jī)圖書館的服務(wù)特點(diǎn)、服務(wù)內(nèi)容等相關(guān)理論知識,詳細(xì)論述了手機(jī)圖書館的四種實(shí)現(xiàn)模式;第三章介紹了我國手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)的調(diào)查結(jié)果,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)調(diào)查得到的部分已開通館的服務(wù)內(nèi)容、實(shí)現(xiàn)模式、收費(fèi)等信息,和兩次紙質(zhì)問卷調(diào)查得到的讀者對手機(jī)圖書館的服務(wù)內(nèi)容、實(shí)現(xiàn)模式等需求情況信息,同時利用統(tǒng)計軟件對調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析并把輸出結(jié)果繪制成圖表;第四章根據(jù)調(diào)研分析的結(jié)果,提出我國手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)內(nèi)容單一、實(shí)現(xiàn)功能簡單化、收費(fèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)各異、讀者對手機(jī)圖書館的了解不足等問題;第五章給出我國開展手機(jī)圖書館信息服務(wù)的對策,包括擴(kuò)大宣傳、降低資費(fèi)、加強(qiáng)合作等;第六章得出本研究的結(jié)論,并總結(jié)了研究中的不足和進(jìn)一步的工作。
[Abstract]:Internet has changed people's traditional way of life, study and work, and at the same time, the development of 3G technology has made the combination of wired and wireless Internet more intimate, mobile phone reading, mobile phone shopping, mobile TV and so on gradually become the trend. As an extension of the function of the digital library, the mobile phone library is also booming. Developed countries such as Europe, America and Japan started mobile phone library practice as early as 2000, and now they have established a considerable number of mobile phone libraries, and the service content is more interactive, personalized, mobile phone client implementation mode is catching up with SMS and WAP mode. But the mobile phone library of our country starts late, the service content is thin, the service mode is still based on short message and WAP website. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the situation of mobile phone library information service in our country, and then find out the existing problems and promote the promotion of mobile phone library service. The research idea of this paper is: firstly, using the periodical database of Anhui University Library, the network search engine collects the related data and establishes the database; Secondly, it makes use of its website and search engine to visit some university libraries and public libraries that have opened mobile phone library services, and distributes questionnaires to Hefei university libraries that do not open mobile phone library information services. Finally, the collected data are statistically analyzed and the analysis results are drawn into charts. According to the result of data analysis, this paper finds out the problem of information service of mobile phone library in our country, and puts forward some corresponding solutions to the problem. The article is divided into six chapters: the first chapter describes the research background, purpose, research methods, content and so on, and summarizes the domestic and foreign mobile phone library theory research and practice status, the second chapter introduces the characteristics of mobile phone library service. The third chapter introduces the investigation results of the mobile phone library information service in China, including the service content of the library that has been opened. Information such as realization mode, charge, etc., as well as the information of readers' needs on the service content of mobile phone library and the realization mode, which were obtained by two paper questionnaires, At the same time, the statistical software is used to analyze the survey data and draw the output results into charts. Chapter four, according to the results of investigation and analysis, puts forward that the information service content of mobile phone library in our country is single, the function is simple, and the charging standards are different. The fifth chapter gives the countermeasures to carry out the mobile phone library information service in our country, including expanding the propaganda, reducing the tariff, strengthening the cooperation, etc. The sixth chapter draws the conclusion of this research. And summarized the deficiency in the research and further work.
