【摘要】:隨著企業(yè)經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)的不斷發(fā)展,規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,企業(yè)在經(jīng)營管理的過程中所積累的檔案文件數(shù)量越來越多,檔案管理對企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要性越來越受到了企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層的重視。但是在傳統(tǒng)的檔案管理工作當(dāng)中,往往需要檔案管理人員手工進(jìn)行裝訂、歸檔與辦理查詢借閱工作。這不但容易因為人為的失誤導(dǎo)致檔案管理過程中發(fā)生錯誤,也使得檔案管理工作效率變得低下。在信息化技術(shù)已經(jīng)大大普及的今天,通過信息化的手段對企業(yè)檔案進(jìn)行全生命周期的管理已經(jīng)成為可能。 本文提出,通過為企業(yè)建立數(shù)字檔案館系統(tǒng),采用對檔案進(jìn)行數(shù)字化管理的模式,可以有效地解決傳統(tǒng)檔案管理工作中所遇到的文件數(shù)量龐大、文件類型繁多、歸檔工作繁重、查詢借閱效率低下等問題。 本文首先對企業(yè)建設(shè)數(shù)字檔案館的背景與意義進(jìn)行了分析,并對國內(nèi)外的數(shù)字檔案館建設(shè)情況進(jìn)行了分析研究,基于某企業(yè)的數(shù)字檔案系統(tǒng)建設(shè)為背景,提出了一套系統(tǒng)解決方案,采用了TRS(Text Retrieval System)全文搜索引擎技術(shù)對來實現(xiàn)數(shù)字檔案高效全文檢索。論文對Spring技術(shù)、Hibernate技術(shù)和TRS全文搜索引擎技術(shù)分別進(jìn)行了介紹。其二,本文采用面向?qū)ο蟮脑O(shè)計思想,對用戶需求進(jìn)行了分析和建模。其三,本文對系統(tǒng)的總體架構(gòu)、邏輯架構(gòu)、技術(shù)架構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析與設(shè)計。在詳細(xì)設(shè)計部分,本文對系統(tǒng)中主要類進(jìn)行了定義和設(shè)計,對系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵流程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)描述,并根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)存儲需要對數(shù)據(jù)庫表進(jìn)行了設(shè)計。其四,,論文對企業(yè)數(shù)字檔案館系統(tǒng)的部署與實施情況進(jìn)行了描述,為企業(yè)搭建了一套基于Web的數(shù)字檔案館系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了檔案后臺管理與檔案知識門戶兩大子模塊功能。本文最后對企業(yè)數(shù)字檔案館的建設(shè)工作進(jìn)行了總結(jié),并對該系統(tǒng)下一版本的升級與擴(kuò)展幾點(diǎn)想法。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprise business and the expansion of enterprise scale, the number of archives accumulated in the process of enterprise management is increasing, and the importance of file management to the development of enterprise has been paid more and more attention by the enterprise leadership. However, in the traditional file management, file managers often need manual binding, archiving and inquiry and borrowing. It is not only easy to make mistakes in the process of archives management, but also make the efficiency of archives management become low. With the popularization of information technology, it is possible to manage the whole life cycle of enterprise archives by means of information technology. This paper puts forward that by establishing the digital archives system for enterprises and adopting the mode of digital management of archives, we can effectively solve the problem of large number of documents, various types of documents and heavy archiving work in traditional archives management. Inefficiency of inquiry and borrowing. Firstly, this paper analyzes the background and significance of the construction of digital archives in enterprises, and analyzes the construction of digital archives at home and abroad, based on the background of the construction of digital archives system of a certain enterprise. In this paper, a set of system solution is proposed, which adopts TRS(Text Retrieval system full-text search engine technology pair to realize digital file efficient full-text retrieval. This paper introduces Spring technology, hibernate technology and TRS full-text search engine technology, respectively. Secondly, this paper uses the object-oriented design idea to analyze and model the user's requirements. Third, this paper analyzes and designs the overall architecture, logical architecture and technical architecture of the system. In the detailed design part, this paper defines and designs the main classes in the system, describes the key flow of the system in detail, and designs the database table according to the data storage needs. Fourthly, the paper describes the deployment and implementation of the enterprise digital archives system, builds a digital archives system based on Web, and realizes the functions of file background management and archives knowledge portal. In the end, the paper summarizes the construction of the enterprise digital archives, and gives some ideas on the upgrade and extension of the next version of the system.
