【摘要】：信息服務(wù)研究是目前圖書館學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)和熱點(diǎn)問題。目前,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的數(shù)量呈幾何級(jí)數(shù)增長,在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上每個(gè)用戶都可以自由添加信息,導(dǎo)致信息質(zhì)量參差不齊。用戶要想用傳統(tǒng)的方法在網(wǎng)絡(luò)上找到自己所需信息,其難度絕不亞于大海撈針。況且,目前用戶對(duì)信息的需求也由以往的單一傳統(tǒng)逐漸的變?yōu)槎鄻踊恕�。在信息環(huán)境和信息用戶需求同步變化的趨勢(shì)下,為了最大限度的滿足用戶需求,各種個(gè)性化服務(wù)、增值服務(wù)、以用戶為中心的信息集成服務(wù)等新的服務(wù)方式不斷興起并發(fā)展。學(xué)科信息門戶(Subject Based Information Gateways,簡稱SBIGS)就是在這種情形下產(chǎn)生并發(fā)展起來的。學(xué)科信息門戶可以理解為一種新的信息資源組織模式,該模式主要是針對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源的。學(xué)科信息門戶主要是通過收集、整合某一學(xué)科專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)術(shù)資源,然后通過互聯(lián)網(wǎng)為用戶提供信息檢索及瀏覽等多種服務(wù)的信息服務(wù)平臺(tái)。它有效地解決了傳統(tǒng)大眾搜索引擎在查找專業(yè)學(xué)術(shù)信息方面的不足,增強(qiáng)了檢索針對(duì)性,提高了檢準(zhǔn)率,學(xué)科信息門戶的出現(xiàn)給眾多的科研人員、教師、學(xué)生等學(xué)術(shù)人員查找信息提供了極大的便利。 由于學(xué)科專業(yè)信息的學(xué)術(shù)性和嚴(yán)密性,使得它不同于大眾信息,難以搜索和查找,給用戶的使用帶來了一定的不便和困難。就目前來說,國內(nèi)高校圖書館和一些公共信息服務(wù)部門都紛紛開展了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源組織工作,根據(jù)學(xué)校的特點(diǎn)和性質(zhì),結(jié)合本單位用戶的特點(diǎn)和需求,建立了數(shù)百個(gè)學(xué)科信息門戶。綜觀已建成的學(xué)科門戶網(wǎng)站,其中一些優(yōu)秀的門戶網(wǎng)站也確實(shí)給用戶查找學(xué)術(shù)信息提供了便利,發(fā)揮了其門戶的效用。但從總體來看,各類學(xué)科信息門戶網(wǎng)站也存在著不同程度的不足之處,如鏈接的網(wǎng)站太少,收錄的資源類型不豐富,檢索途徑單一或者沒有檢索途徑,網(wǎng)路連接不通暢,忽視維護(hù)工作、更新不及時(shí),重復(fù)建設(shè),信息內(nèi)容數(shù)量不夠,質(zhì)量參差不齊等突出問題。因此,有必要對(duì)我國已建成的學(xué)科信息門戶的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,指出目前呈現(xiàn)的特點(diǎn),分析存在的缺陷和不足,為以后學(xué)科信息門戶的建設(shè)提供借鑒,這也是本文研究的意義所在。 本文的研究目的是通過對(duì)國內(nèi)高校圖書館學(xué)科信息門戶的建設(shè)及服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀展開調(diào)查,找出目前存在的主要問題和不足之處,有針對(duì)性的提出解決對(duì)策,探索出學(xué)科信息門戶服務(wù)的未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì),為國內(nèi)外學(xué)科信息門戶建設(shè)提供相應(yīng)的借鑒。 本文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)調(diào)查法、主題分析法、問卷調(diào)查法、案例分析法、對(duì)比分析法和網(wǎng)絡(luò)在線體驗(yàn)等研究方法。 本文具體研究內(nèi)容如下： 1.概括介紹了學(xué)科信息門戶的基本概念、發(fā)展概況、特點(diǎn)和類型。 2.對(duì)國外著名的學(xué)科信息門戶的建設(shè)和服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研究,并對(duì)其服務(wù)功能進(jìn)行看詳盡介紹概括了國外學(xué)科信息門戶的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。 3.對(duì)國內(nèi)高校的學(xué)科信息門戶建設(shè)和服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查與分析,總結(jié)出目前呈現(xiàn)出的特點(diǎn)和存在的不足。 4.提出了提升我國高校圖書館在學(xué)科信息門戶建設(shè)方面的改進(jìn)策略。
[Abstract]:Information service is an important and hot topic in the field of library science . At present , the quantity of network information resources is growing in geometric series . Every user in the network can add information freely , which can lead to poor information quality . Users want to use the traditional method to find the information they need on the network , and the difficulty is not less than the fishing needle . In order to meet user ' s needs , various personalized services , value - added services and user - centric information integration services , the subject information portal can be understood as a new kind of information resource organization model .

Because of the academic nature and the strictness of the information of the discipline , it is difficult to search and find and bring about some inconvenience and difficulty for the user ' s use .

The purpose of this paper is to find out the main problems and shortcomings of the current problems and shortcomings of the subject information portal of the domestic university library , and put forward some countermeasures to solve the present problems , explore the future development trend of the subject information portal service , and provide the corresponding reference for the construction of the academic information portal at home and abroad .

This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature investigation , topic analysis , questionnaire , case analysis , comparative analysis and online experience .

The contents of this paper are as follows :

1 . The basic concept , development situation , characteristics and types of the subject information portal are summarized .

2 . The research and research on the construction and service status quo of the famous academic information portal abroad are carried out , and the service functions are discussed in detail , and the present situation and characteristics of the foreign subject information portal are summarized .

3 . To investigate and analyze the construction and service situation of the subject information portal in domestic universities , and summarize the present characteristics and shortcomings .

4 . To improve the strategy of improving the library of university libraries in the construction of subject information portal .
