【摘要】：政府信息在學(xué)術(shù)研究中具有信息量大、可信度高、時(shí)效性強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn),提高大學(xué)生搜集政府信息的能力有助于改善大學(xué)生論文論據(jù)匱乏、論證不力的現(xiàn)狀。大學(xué)生可赴圖書(shū)館查閱或向行政機(jī)關(guān)征訂、索取紙質(zhì)政府信息,亦可利用政府門戶網(wǎng)站、搜索引擎及各類數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)獲取網(wǎng)絡(luò)政府信息。高校圖書(shū)館也應(yīng)積極為學(xué)生創(chuàng)造條件,構(gòu)建服務(wù)平臺(tái)、整合各類資源、提升館員素質(zhì),以期最大限度地滿足學(xué)生獲取政府信息的需求。
[Abstract]:Government information has the characteristics of large amount of information, high credibility and strong timeliness in academic research. Improving college students' ability to collect government information will help to improve the current situation of college students' lack of argument and argumentation. College students can go to the library to consult or to the administrative organs to request paper government information, can also use government portals, search engines and various databases to obtain network government information. University libraries should also actively create conditions for students, construct service platforms, integrate all kinds of resources, and promote librarians' quality, in order to meet the needs of students to obtain government information to the maximum extent.
