基于冗余的仿真問答系統(tǒng)的輕量級局部文本分析

【摘要】:近年來,基于冗余的仿真問答系統(tǒng)因其輕量性及高效性受到越來越多的關(guān)注。與分析法不同的是,冗余法不需要大量的語料庫也能得到滿意的檢索結(jié)果。這些方法通常重視全文信息而忽視局部環(huán)境,而局部環(huán)境往往可能包含了大量關(guān)于自然語言問題和答案間語義及語法關(guān)系的信息。本文中,我們介紹了一種新的輕量級局部文本分析技術(shù)以及實(shí)現(xiàn)該技術(shù)的Askdragon問答系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)只需向搜索引擎提交一個不太嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)或較為模糊的問題,然后選取小部分高質(zhì)量的檢索結(jié)果進(jìn)行答案抽取即可。問答系統(tǒng)在保持較高精度的同時還顯著提升了效率。文章最后使用TREC(Text Retrieval Conference)問題集和四個時間類問題集對該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了評測,評測結(jié)果顯示系統(tǒng)的性能可以匹敵甚至超越了目前最先進(jìn)的問答系統(tǒng),如ARANEA和QUANTA。
[Abstract]:In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the redundant simulation question answering system because of its lightweight and high efficiency. Different from the analytical method, redundancy method can obtain satisfactory retrieval results without a large number of corpus. These methods usually attach importance to the full text information and ignore the local environment, which may contain a lot of information about the semantic and grammatical relations between natural language questions and answers. In this paper, we introduce a new lightweight local text analysis technology and Askdragon question answering system. The system only needs to submit a less precise or fuzzy question to the search engine, and then select a small number of high quality retrieval results to extract the answers. The Q & A system not only keeps high precision, but also improves the efficiency significantly. Finally, the system is evaluated using the TREC(Text Retrieval reference) problem set and four time class problem sets. The results show that the system can match or even surpass the most advanced question answering systems, such as ARANEA and Quanta.
