【摘要】：政府信息門戶是一個(gè)為整合內(nèi)部資源,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)展示統(tǒng)一政府形象的信息門戶平臺(tái),通過(guò)該門戶實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享和開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù)工作,實(shí)現(xiàn)信息發(fā)布、信息互動(dòng)、信息共享、通用資源管理、多類型信息接入等功能,是新一代互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息服務(wù)的有效工具。隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用的豐富和發(fā)展,原來(lái)的菏澤政府網(wǎng)站已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)前發(fā)展的需求,存在很多問(wèn)題。受菏澤市政府委托,我設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了基于php技術(shù)的菏澤政府網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)。 本文首先分析了菏澤市政府網(wǎng)站存在的不足,國(guó)內(nèi)外政府門戶網(wǎng)站建設(shè)發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,給出了本課題的研究設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),其次分析了菏澤政府網(wǎng)站功能性需求和非功能性需求,接著對(duì)菏澤政府網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),然后系統(tǒng)各主要功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)及應(yīng)用,最后對(duì)本系統(tǒng)的特性做出總結(jié)并對(duì)未來(lái)展望。 本課題設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)功能多元化、技術(shù)先進(jìn)的菏澤市人民政府網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng),其具有所見(jiàn)即所得的編輯功能、多級(jí)內(nèi)容維護(hù)人員支持、先進(jìn)的模板管理模塊、文件管理模塊、專題管理、強(qiáng)大的內(nèi)容調(diào)用首頁(yè)完全自主設(shè)計(jì)、無(wú)限級(jí)分類、支持搜索引擎、遠(yuǎn)程安全發(fā)布、多數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)支持、更加人性化的操作界面、簡(jiǎn)潔的內(nèi)容管理工作流、自由的內(nèi)容自動(dòng)采集功能等功能。本系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)多站點(diǎn)管理,信息多點(diǎn)同步發(fā)布；建立分布式網(wǎng)站架構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)網(wǎng)站群的集中管理、統(tǒng)一維護(hù),不再需要更多的專業(yè)人員；解決了原來(lái)網(wǎng)站過(guò)多依賴手工操作的弊端,提高工作效率、降低技術(shù)難度、增加易用性、可維護(hù)性和可擴(kuò)展性。 菏澤政府網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng),強(qiáng)大良好的功能設(shè)計(jì),極大增強(qiáng)了菏澤政府網(wǎng)站的表現(xiàn)力,提高菏澤市政府在行政、服務(wù)和管理方面的效率,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)為公眾社會(huì)提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的多元化服務(wù),不但充分展示了政府執(zhí)政為民和親民愛(ài)民的形象,而且是構(gòu)建一個(gè)公開(kāi)的、統(tǒng)一的、透明的、陽(yáng)光型政府的有力保障,進(jìn)而推動(dòng)中國(guó)電子政務(wù)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程,加速整個(gè)社會(huì)的信息化發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The government information portal is an information portal platform for integrating internal resources and displaying the unified government image through the Internet. Through the portal, it realizes information sharing and business work, information publishing, information interaction and information sharing. General resource management, multi-type information access and other functions are effective tools for the new generation of Internet information services. With the enrichment and development of network application, the original Heze government website has been unable to meet the needs of the current development, there are many problems. Entrusted by Heze government, I designed and developed Heze government website content management system based on php technology. Firstly, this paper analyzes the deficiency of Heze government website, the development situation of government portal construction at home and abroad, gives the research and design goal of this topic, and then analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements of Heze government website. Then the Heze government website content management system is designed, and then the main functional modules of the system are implemented and applied. Finally, the characteristics of the system are summarized and the future prospects are also given. This project has designed and implemented a multi-functional and technologically advanced website content management system of Heze Municipal people's Government, which has the editing function of WYSIWYG, the support of multi-level content maintenance personnel, the advanced template management module. File management module, topic management, powerful content call home completely independent design, unlimited classification, support search engine, remote security release, multi-database support, more humane operation interface, simple content management workflow, Free content automatic collection function and other functions. This system realizes the multi-site management, the information multi-point synchronous release; establishes the distributed website structure, realizes the website cluster centralized management, unifies the maintenance, no longer needs more professional personnel; has solved the original website excessively relies on the manual operation the drawback, Improve work efficiency, reduce technical difficulty, increase ease of use, maintainability and expansibility. Heze government website content management system, strong and good function design, greatly enhanced the Heze government website expression, enhances Heze city government in the administration, the service and the management aspect efficiency, The use of the network to provide high-quality and diversified services to the public society not only fully demonstrates the image of the government in power for the people and for the people and loves the people, but also builds up an open, unified, transparent and sunny government with sufficient security. Then promote the development process of Chinese e-government, accelerate the information development of the whole society.
