【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)辦公模式已經(jīng)由紙為介質(zhì)快速的轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐杂嬎銠C(jī)及網(wǎng)絡(luò)為介質(zhì)的辦公自動化(Office Aut omat ion簡稱OA)模式。企業(yè)信息門戶系統(tǒng)快速替代了OA在企業(yè)中的地位,成為眾多廠商追捧的技術(shù),也迅速普及應(yīng)用到企業(yè)中,為企業(yè)提供了一個集成的門戶、協(xié)作、內(nèi)容管理系統(tǒng)(Content Management)、商務(wù)智能(BI)、工作流(Workflow)、企業(yè)搜索引擎(Enterprise Search Engine)、應(yīng)用整合(EAI)在內(nèi)的平臺級服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。本次研究的課題就來源于本企業(yè)在使用信息門戶產(chǎn)品過程中,對工作流功能需求的提升。由于本企業(yè)在2007年就開始使用微軟公司的信息門戶產(chǎn)品Sharepoint Server 2007系統(tǒng)(簡稱MOSS2007系統(tǒng)),隨著近幾年信息化程度的不斷深入,對業(yè)務(wù)流程網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的需求不斷加深,該系統(tǒng)自帶的工作流功能已經(jīng)不能滿足本企業(yè)的正常需要,必須開發(fā)出一個能夠與微軟Sharepoint Serve r 2007系統(tǒng)無縫集成的工作流引擎來滿足企業(yè)的正常需求,從而加快內(nèi)部審批速度,提高工作效率,降低管理成本,提升企業(yè)核心競爭力。論文分為六個部分對MOSS信息門戶系統(tǒng)的工作流引擎的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行介紹,論文的第一部分對系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計背景與國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行介紹,然后第二部分對系統(tǒng)中用到關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行介紹,主要包括理論基礎(chǔ)、技術(shù)介紹等。第三部分對系統(tǒng)的需求進(jìn)行分析,主要包括系統(tǒng)的基本需求和對系統(tǒng)的基本工作流程模型進(jìn)行分析以及對系統(tǒng)的主要業(yè)務(wù)用例進(jìn)行分析,第四部分對系統(tǒng)設(shè)計進(jìn)行介紹,主要介紹了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計原則、目標(biāo)以及各個模塊的設(shè)計。第五部分對系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行介紹,主要包括工作流的具體實(shí)現(xiàn)和運(yùn)行情況進(jìn)行分析。最后對實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測試,以申請用車用例對整個實(shí)現(xiàn)過程進(jìn)行了測試。通過測試可知實(shí)現(xiàn)的系統(tǒng)能夠滿足要求。
[Abstract]:With the development of China's economy and the rapid development of Internet technology, the traditional office mode has changed rapidly from paper medium to office automation Aut omat ion mode based on computer and network. Enterprise information portal system has quickly replaced the status of OA in the enterprise and become the technology sought after by many manufacturers. It also quickly popularizes and applies to the enterprise, which provides an integrated portal and cooperation for the enterprise. Content Management system, Business Intelligence (BI), Workflow, Enterprise Search engine, Application Integration (EAI), etc. The subject of this study comes from the improvement of workflow function requirement in the process of using information portal products. Since the enterprise began to use Sharepoint Server 2007 (MOSS2007 system), the information portal product of Microsoft in 2007, with the development of information technology in recent years, the demand for business process networking is deepening. The workflow function of the system can no longer meet the normal needs of the enterprise. It is necessary to develop a workflow engine that can seamlessly integrate with Microsoft Sharepoint Serve r 2007 system to meet the normal needs of the enterprise, thus speeding up the internal approval speed. Improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. The paper is divided into six parts to introduce the design and implementation of the workflow engine of MOSS information portal system. The first part of the paper introduces the background of the system design and the current research situation at home and abroad. Then the second part introduces the key technologies used in the system, including the theoretical basis, technical introduction and so on. The third part analyzes the requirements of the system, mainly including the basic needs of the system and the basic workflow model of the system, as well as the analysis of the main business cases of the system. The fourth part introduces the design of the system. This paper mainly introduces the design principle, target and the design of each module of the system. The fifth part introduces the implementation of the system, including the implementation and operation of workflow analysis. Finally, the system is tested, and the whole implementation process is tested with the application vehicle use case. The test results show that the system can meet the requirements.
