【摘要】：目的:對(duì)近年來(lái)關(guān)于中醫(yī)藥調(diào)控腦缺血損傷后血腦屏障通透性的作用機(jī)制作一整理,以期為中醫(yī)藥治療腦缺血損傷提供參考。方法:以血腦屏障、腦缺血為關(guān)鍵詞,通過(guò)中國(guó)知網(wǎng)及相關(guān)搜索引擎檢索近20年的有關(guān)中醫(yī)藥調(diào)控血腦屏障及其機(jī)理方面的文章263篇,以中醫(yī)藥為關(guān)鍵詞對(duì)文章進(jìn)行了篩選,獲得相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)66篇。結(jié)果:閱讀了66篇有關(guān)中醫(yī)藥與血腦屏障的文章,引用了37篇文章,發(fā)現(xiàn)中醫(yī)藥可通過(guò)多種機(jī)制對(duì)血腦屏障通透性有雙向調(diào)控作用。結(jié)論:目前已經(jīng)有很多研究從影響血腦屏障通透性因素方面證實(shí)了中醫(yī)藥可以雙向調(diào)控血腦屏障通透性,肯定了中醫(yī)藥可以通過(guò)調(diào)控血腦屏障對(duì)腦缺血損傷其治療作用,其中以芳香開(kāi)竅類中藥對(duì)血腦屏障通透性的影響研究為多。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the mechanism of regulating blood-brain barrier permeability after cerebral ischemia injury by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in recent years in order to provide reference for the treatment of cerebral ischemia injury with Chinese medicine. Methods: blood brain barrier (BBB) and cerebral ischemia (BBI) were used as keywords. 263 articles on the regulation of BBB and its mechanism by Chinese medicine and related search engines were searched in the past 20 years, and the articles were screened with TCM as the key word. 66 papers were obtained. Results: 66 articles about traditional Chinese medicine and blood-brain barrier were read and 37 articles were cited. It was found that Chinese medicine can regulate the permeability of blood-brain barrier through various mechanisms. Conclusion: at present, many studies have proved that Chinese medicine can regulate the permeability of blood-brain barrier in both directions from the aspects of influencing the permeability of blood-brain barrier, and confirmed the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine on cerebral ischemia injury by regulating blood-brain barrier. The effect of aromatic resuscitation Chinese medicine on blood-brain barrier permeability was studied.
