【摘要】：本報(bào)告是作者在翻譯DK目擊者旅游指南《中國》（China (DK Eyewitness Travelguides)）的實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)上寫成的。報(bào)告主要分為四個(gè)部分，主要介紹了翻譯項(xiàng)目的操作流程以及文本翻譯中遇到的主要困難及其解決的過程和結(jié)果。 該翻譯項(xiàng)目由10位譯員合作完成，徐彬老師作為項(xiàng)目管理員負(fù)責(zé)了整個(gè)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)和管理。為了優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目流程，提高翻譯效率，翻譯項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用了計(jì)算機(jī)輔助翻譯工具（CATTools）和相關(guān)信息技術(shù)。項(xiàng)目總體運(yùn)行比較順利，按時(shí)完成了文字翻譯任務(wù)，整體翻譯質(zhì)量較高。作者在文本翻譯中主要遇到了兩個(gè)困難——回譯和原文錯(cuò)誤的識(shí)別和處理。針對以上問題，譯員應(yīng)該具備較高的語言素質(zhì)，具有相對豐富的百科知識(shí)和文化知識(shí)，能夠熟練利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)搜索引擎和其他可靠的參考工具，，還要具備嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)墓ぷ鲬B(tài)度和專業(yè)精神。
[Abstract]:This report is based on the practice of translating DK eyewitness travel guide "China" / DK Eyewitness TravelGuides. The report is divided into four parts. It mainly introduces the operation flow of the translation project, the main difficulties encountered in the translation of the text and the process and result of the solution. The translation project was completed by 10 interpreters, and teacher Xu Bin was responsible for the design and management of the project as the project manager. In order to optimize project flow and improve translation efficiency, computer aided translation tools (CAT tools) and related information technologies are used in translation projects. The overall operation of the project is relatively smooth, on time to complete the translation task, the overall translation quality is high. The author has encountered two main difficulties in the translation of the text-the recognition and processing of the error in the back translation and the original text. To solve the above problems, interpreters should have high language quality, relatively rich encyclopedic knowledge and cultural knowledge, and be proficient in the use of web search engines and other reliable reference tools. Also have rigorous work attitude and professionalism.
