【摘要】：信息技術的發(fā)展和數字資源類型、數量的逐年增多,促進了高校學術交流體系的變化。一方面,拓寬了高校學術交流的渠道和范圍,開放存取和機構知識庫成了目前高校學術傳播的主要方式；另一方面,隨著高校教學和科研方式數字化和網絡化的發(fā)展,越來越多的高校用戶偏好利用網絡搜索引擎查找資料,并且產生大量的數字化學術成果資源。在高校學術交流體系數字化和網絡化的發(fā)展下,我國高校圖書館館藏開始向數字化方向發(fā)展。數字化館藏雖然為當前用戶的科研和教學提供了方便,但數字資源的易損性和對技術載體的依賴性特點,又為高校圖書館保存這些數字化館藏帶來挑戰(zhàn)。如何長期保存這些數字化館藏,保證長期、有效的被用戶利用,成為高校圖書館目前亟需解決的難題。 本文的研究以高校圖書館為切入點,研究數字資源長期保存與利用,內容分為四個部分： 第一部分,研究和概述高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用的相關基本理論知識：概述數字資源長期保存與利用的概念、意義、內容、特點及模式；分析高校圖書館數字資源的不同類型及特點。 第二部分,介紹國外六所高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用的最新發(fā)展,分析他們的研究特點以及對我國高校圖書館的啟示,為研究我國高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用提供參考和借鑒。 第三部分,主要探討我國高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用活動中存在的問題。首先,依據高校圖書館數字資源不同建設方式,分析不同數字資源類型在長期保存與利用中可能遇到的版權、隱私權等法律問題；然后,討論數字資源長期保存與利用活動涉及的相關技術以及在的技術問題；最后,從我國高校圖書館經費不足的現狀和數字資源長期保存與利用成本高昂兩方面分析存在的資金短缺問題。 第四部分,為解決我國高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用存在的問題,提出相應的解決對策。通過對國外若干高校圖書館數字資源長期保存與利用最新發(fā)展的經驗借鑒,筆者認為,高校圖書館首先需要制定并以數字資源長期保存與利用計劃做指導,協調數字資源長期保存與利用和知識產權保護的平衡發(fā)展,尋求數字資源相關保存技術規(guī)范與標準化發(fā)展,更重要的是應該加強數字資源長期保存與利用的合作共建。
[Abstract]:The development of information technology and digital resources, the number is increasing year by year, promoted the change of academic exchange system in Colleges and universities. On the one hand, to broaden the channels and scope of academic exchanges in Colleges and universities, open access and institutional repository has become the main way for academic communication in the University; on the other hand, with the development of University Digital Teaching and research and the network, the user preferences are increasingly using the Internet search engine to find information, and generate digital academic resources and a large number of achievements in the academic exchange system in Colleges and universities. The digital and network development, the collection of University libraries in China began to the digital direction. Digital library provides convenience for the scientific research and teaching the user, but the digital resource vulnerability and dependence on technology characteristics, and for the university library to save these digital collections bring challenges War. How to preserve these digital collections for a long time and ensure the use of the users for a long time has become a difficult problem to be solved in the university library.
This study takes the University Library as the breakthrough point to study the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources. The content is divided into four parts.
In the first part, the basic theoretical knowledge about the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources in academic libraries is studied and outlined. The concept, meaning, content, characteristics and modes of the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources are summarized, and the different types and characteristics of digital resources in university libraries are analyzed.
The second part introduces the latest development of the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources in six foreign university libraries, analyzes their research characteristics and the enlightenment to China's university libraries, so as to provide reference and reference for the long-term preservation and utilization of digital resources in Chinese university libraries.
The third part mainly discusses the existence of digital resources in University Libraries in China long-term preservation and utilization activities of the problem. Firstly, on the basis of the digital resources of University Libraries of different construction methods, analysis of different types of digital resources in the long-term preservation and utilization of the possible legal issues of copyright, privacy and so on; then, discuss the related technologies and the long-term preservation of digital resources the activities involved as well as the technical problems in; finally, the long-term preservation of digital resources and funding from the University Library of our country shortage and utilization of high cost analysis of two fund shortage problems.
The fourth part, the existing problems and use to solve the digital resources of University Libraries in China preserved for a long time, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Through the long-term preservation and utilization of reference, the latest development of the experience of some foreign digital resources of University Libraries in the university library first need to develop and to guide the long-term preservation of digital resources and utilization plan balanced development and utilization of intellectual property protection and long-term preservation of digital resources coordination, seek technical specification of digital resources preservation and standardized development, more important is to should strengthen the long-term preservation of digital resources and utilization of the cooperation.
