福州市倉山區(qū)教育局基礎(chǔ)教育資源管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和教育的現(xiàn)代化改革進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn),網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育大規(guī)模地發(fā)展起來。教育資源管理系統(tǒng)作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育中的重要一環(huán),極大地促進(jìn)了知識(shí)共享和知識(shí)傳遞。傳統(tǒng)的教育資源管理系統(tǒng)中,,資源規(guī)范化做得不盡人意,這導(dǎo)致資源的查詢非常不便。有的資源系統(tǒng)有分類良好的文件夾結(jié)構(gòu),可以幫助用戶快速索引文件,但是卻無法像搜索引擎一樣以內(nèi)容關(guān)鍵詞快速定位文檔。本文從福州市倉山區(qū)基礎(chǔ)教育現(xiàn)狀著手,根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)教育資源管理存在的問題,分析了建設(shè)一個(gè)方便使用、易于查找、高效安全的教育資源管理系統(tǒng)的可行性,并進(jìn)一步分析和設(shè)計(jì)了教育資源管理系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)、功能需求和系統(tǒng)框架,最后實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)。 該系統(tǒng)的主要功能是教育資源的分享和管理,著重關(guān)注資源文件的安全訪問和快速查找。將用戶按角色賦予不同的活動(dòng)權(quán)限,不同的角色有不同的發(fā)布權(quán)限和瀏覽權(quán)限,往往教師和系統(tǒng)資源管理員才能夠上傳資源,這保證資源發(fā)布的規(guī)范化和高質(zhì)量,也保護(hù)版權(quán)資源和不向所有人公開的資源。在教育資源信息的規(guī)范化中,著重參考了IEEE的教育資源的LOM模型和我國根據(jù)自身情況定制的LOM模型,確保了資源信息準(zhǔn)確全面、有據(jù)可依。規(guī)范的文檔信息,加上基于Sphinx的全文搜索功能,使得資源的搜索查找十分準(zhǔn)確高效。系統(tǒng)的web部分利用Struts框架來實(shí)現(xiàn),配合數(shù)據(jù)庫和文件系統(tǒng),支撐起系統(tǒng)后臺(tái)的運(yùn)作。 本系統(tǒng)運(yùn)用了UML來建模進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),使用MVC技術(shù)在Java EE平臺(tái)上開發(fā),數(shù)據(jù)庫采用的是MySQL。系統(tǒng)具有較強(qiáng)的擴(kuò)展性和跨平臺(tái)部署的能力,這對(duì)于系統(tǒng)今后的發(fā)展或被其他系統(tǒng)復(fù)用都是非常有利的。希望該系統(tǒng)能進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)倉山區(qū)教育資源網(wǎng)絡(luò)化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:With the development of computer network technology and the continuous advancement of educational modernization reform, network education has developed on a large scale.As an important part of network education, educational resource management system greatly promotes knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer.In the traditional educational resource management system, the standardization of resources is not satisfactory, which leads to the inconvenient query of resources.Some resource systems have well-classified folder structure, which can help users quickly index files, but they can not locate documents by content keywords as fast as search engines.Starting from the current situation of basic education in Cangshan District of Fuzhou City, according to the existing problems of traditional educational resource management, this paper analyzes the feasibility of constructing a convenient, easy to find, efficient and safe educational resource management system.Furthermore, the realization technology, function requirement and system frame of the educational resource management system are analyzed and designed. Finally, the system is realized.The main function of the system is the sharing and management of educational resources.Users are given different active permissions according to their roles, and different roles have different permissions to publish and browse. Only teachers and system resource administrators can upload resources, which ensures the standardization and high quality of resource distribution.Copyright resources and resources not open to all are also protected.In the standardization of educational resource information, the author emphatically refers to the LOM model of IEEE's educational resources and the LOM model customized according to our own conditions, which ensures that the information of resources is accurate and comprehensive and can be relied upon.The standard document information, combined with the full-text search function based on Sphinx, makes the search and search of resources very accurate and efficient.The web part of the system uses the Struts framework to realize, cooperate with the database and file system, support the operation of the system backstage.The system uses UML to model analysis and design, uses MVC technology to develop on Java EE platform, and uses MySQL.The system has strong scalability and the ability of cross-platform deployment, which is very beneficial to the future development of the system or reuse by other systems.Hope the system can further promote Cangshan area education resources networking process.
