【摘要】：進入21世紀之后,圖書館所處的社會環(huán)境發(fā)生了重大變化。信息資源的數(shù)字化已經(jīng)深入人心,搜索引擎已成為信息用戶獲取信息的重要工具。在信息技術(shù)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展的大環(huán)境下,圖書館與時俱進,開發(fā)了許多信息服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,尤其是數(shù)字圖書館的建設(shè),使圖書館的發(fā)展跟上了時代前進的步伐。但是多數(shù)的信息用戶認為,搜索引擎更符合自身獲取信息的習慣。在全球絕大多數(shù)城市中,公共圖書館的訪問量都呈現(xiàn)出逐漸減少的趨勢。以前衡量圖書館最重要的指標是圖書外借量,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)化數(shù)字化的發(fā)展,人們開始重新思考圖書館的社會價值�？梢�,在新形勢下,技術(shù)的應用雖不可或缺,但是若想通過追求新技術(shù),與商業(yè)化的搜索引擎爭奪用戶資源,而忽略圖書館的核心價值,不去挖掘圖書館自身的獨特性與優(yōu)勢,圖書館就會在前進中迷失方向。 本文以圖書館在信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下的社會價值為切入點,從第三空間的角度出發(fā),研究圖書館作為第三空間的社會價值,以及如何充分發(fā)揮圖書館第三空間價值的問題。文章總共分為七章。第一章介紹了選題的研究背景和意義,以及本文的研究內(nèi)容和方法。第二章概述了與第三空間有關(guān)的概念——公共空間的涵義與理念,重點剖析了第三空間的內(nèi)涵、特點,以及與公共空間的區(qū)別。針對第三空間在當代社會發(fā)展中的意義進行了深入分析。第三、四、五章詳細論述了圖書館具有成為第三空間的社會價值和潛能。其中第三章探討了圖書館作為第三空間所具有的一般社會價值的問題,包括其促進用戶學習、研究、交流的價值；滿足用戶休閑娛樂需求的價值；促進社會溝通融合的價值,等等。第四章闡述了作為第三空間的圖書館所具有的社會文化價值,如體現(xiàn)地域文化的價值；提升公眾文化品位的價值；滿足公民終身教育需求的價值,等等。第五章論述了圖書館區(qū)別于其他第三空間所具有的社會價值,包括滿足社會信息需求的價值；展示用戶自我表現(xiàn)需求的價值,等等。第六章以促進圖書館在信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下的發(fā)展為目標,從注重圖書館建筑與空間的設(shè)計；利用圖書館自身資源參與社會發(fā)展；利用新技術(shù)提升圖書館信息服務(wù)能力；以及利用社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)建立網(wǎng)絡(luò)第三空間這四個角度論述了圖書館可以為之努力的方向。第七章總結(jié)了本文的創(chuàng)新與不足,以及對今后研究的展望。
[Abstract]:After entering the 21 st century, the social environment of the library has changed greatly.The digitization of information resources has been deeply accepted, and search engine has become an important tool for information users to obtain information.With the rapid development of information technology and network technology, libraries keep pace with the times and develop many information service products, especially the construction of digital libraries, which makes the development of libraries keep pace with the advance of the times.But most information users believe that search engines are more in line with their habit of getting information.In most cities around the world, the number of visits to public libraries shows a decreasing trend.In the past, the most important index to measure library was the amount of books borrowed out. With the development of network digitization, people began to rethink the social value of library.It can be seen that in the new situation, the application of technology is indispensable, but if you want to pursue new technology, compete with the commercial search engine for user resources, and ignore the core value of the library, do not explore the uniqueness and advantages of the library itself.The library will lose its way along the way.Based on the social value of library in the environment of information technology, this paper studies the social value of library as the third space from the angle of the third space, and how to give full play to the value of the third space of the library.The article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter introduces the research background and significance of the topic, as well as the content and methods of this paper.The second chapter summarizes the concept of public space related to the third space, focusing on the analysis of the connotation, characteristics and differences between the third space and public space.The third space in the contemporary social development of the significance of in-depth analysis.The third, fourth and fifth chapters discuss in detail the social value and potential of the library as the third space.The third chapter discusses the general social value of library as the third space, including the value of promoting user learning, research and communication; the value of satisfying users' leisure and entertainment needs; the value of promoting social communication and integration.Wait.The fourth chapter expounds the social and cultural value of the library as the third space, such as reflecting the value of regional culture; promoting the value of public cultural taste; meeting the needs of lifelong education of citizens, and so on.The fifth chapter discusses the social value of library which is different from other third space, including the value of satisfying social information demand, showing the value of user's self-expression demand, and so on.The sixth chapter aims at promoting the development of library under the environment of information technology, focusing on the design of library architecture and space, taking advantage of library's own resources to participate in social development, and using new technology to enhance library's information service ability.This paper discusses the direction that libraries can strive for from the four angles of establishing the third space of network by using social network.The seventh chapter summarizes the innovation and deficiency of this paper, as well as the prospect of future research.
