【摘要】:體裁是一個具有深遠歷史的概念,涉及文學與藝術(shù)多種領(lǐng)域。民俗學、文學、修辭學與語言學的學者均從不同角度對體裁概念發(fā)表了各自的見解。體裁分析作為一種研究工具,它的實際應(yīng)用在國外可以追溯到二十世紀90年代,兩個居于主導地位的流派是英國的特殊用途英語流派和澳大利亞系統(tǒng)功能流派。國內(nèi)外對體裁的研究具有一些相似特點,理論方面的研究回饋到實際應(yīng)用研究,充分展示了科技進步與經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的成果,例如語料庫的方法被應(yīng)用在體裁分析中,一些網(wǎng)絡(luò)博客之類的新興媒體走入研究者的視線。回顧文獻,體裁分析已被應(yīng)用于文學評論、學術(shù)寫作和體裁教學等領(lǐng)域。雖然體裁分析已經(jīng)被應(yīng)用于商業(yè)語篇研究,但是商務(wù)信函、電子郵件、印刷廣告、董事長報告以及簡歷等方面進行的嘗試性體裁分析的研究,遠遠超過更加實用的深入研究。 隨著經(jīng)濟全球化,,中國融入國際市場,食品行業(yè)英文自主召回聲明對于進軍國際市場的企業(yè)來說是一計良策,因為即便是業(yè)界知名企業(yè)也不可能避免人為失誤和一些不可控因素。一份反饋及時、高效的英文召回聲明可以保護公司聲譽,并且能夠盡可能降低問題產(chǎn)品可能造成的進一步損失。很多學者對召回聲明的法律責任、經(jīng)濟、公共健康、企業(yè)公關(guān)等方面展開了研究,對召回聲明的語言學研究也略有涉獵。然而,在體裁資源配置上,召回聲明是一種混合體裁,它同時兼有危機公關(guān)中形象修復功能,又具有廣告語篇中的特有結(jié)構(gòu)。因此,對召回聲明進行體裁分析是一個比較復雜的過程,國內(nèi)外學者的研究較少,本文嘗試對食品行業(yè)英文自主召回聲明進行較為深入的體裁分析。 本文旨在驗證如下假設(shè),在英文企業(yè)自主召回聲明中是否存在穩(wěn)定的可以預測的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢。研究結(jié)果將會對中國出口企業(yè)在撰寫這種體裁時,提供有力的競爭優(yōu)勢。本文的目的在于構(gòu)建體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢,一方面可以幫助企業(yè)順利召回問題產(chǎn)品,降低消極影響,另一方面可以借此機會進行公關(guān),從而在公眾中塑造企業(yè)負責任、專業(yè)化的形象。 基于博努瓦的危機公關(guān)中形象修復理論、巴蒂亞廣告語篇的語步結(jié)構(gòu)以及哈桑的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢模型,通過谷歌、百度等權(quán)威搜索引擎,本研究建立了微型食品召回聲明語料庫,涉及從2010年7月至2012年11月期間發(fā)布的來自美國、南非、法國和加拿大的11篇召回聲明,包括10個公司的6種產(chǎn)品(調(diào)味品、嬰兒食品、花生黃油、牛肉、甜點、嬰兒配方奶粉等),對其進行了定性與定量分析,辨別頻繁出現(xiàn)的語步,探討其深層次的社會文化因素和心理認知因素,最終提出了食品召回聲明的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢。 本文研究結(jié)果表明英文食品行業(yè)自主召回聲明體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢的宏觀結(jié)構(gòu)的第一個語步為介紹召回聲明及所附材料,這一語步的前半部分包括可任選語步,例如:否認、逃避責任、差異化、提升,其中提升語步可能重復出現(xiàn)。這一宏觀語步的后半部分包括問題最小化微觀語步,這一語步可能還包括頻繁出現(xiàn)的問題產(chǎn)品原因及表現(xiàn)狀態(tài)以及所附材料。第二個宏觀語步為應(yīng)用激勵與壓力策略,其中包括必要語步賠償,以及可選擇的修正微觀語步。第三個宏觀語步和第四個宏觀語步分別為吸引回復以及禮貌結(jié)尾,這兩個宏觀語步的順序可以顛倒,并且吸引答復的語步可以重復,禮貌結(jié)尾的宏觀語步包括必要的道歉語步以及可選擇的致謝語步。語步重復的概率與該語步本身的獨立性以及與其他語步的兼容性有關(guān)。 召回聲明的兩個突出的交際目的決定其宏觀語步,每一個宏觀語步又由具有特定的語場、語旨和語勢,以實現(xiàn)其特定的功能。這些微觀語步?jīng)Q定了召回聲明詞匯選擇、句子結(jié)構(gòu)以及與其與語態(tài)的選擇。本研究表明體裁分析具有有力的解釋能力,對認知召回聲明及其構(gòu)建具有指導作用。英文食品行業(yè)自主召回聲明的體裁結(jié)構(gòu)潛勢結(jié)構(gòu)的提出可以有助于召回流程,修復召回企業(yè)的形象,把企業(yè)的不良影響降至最低。與此同時,可以給企業(yè)提供一個公關(guān)的平臺,把企業(yè)打造成負責任的專業(yè)化企業(yè),提升企業(yè)形象。
[Abstract]:The genre is a far-reaching historical concept, involving literature and art in a variety of fields. Folklore, literature, rhetoric and Linguistics scholars from different angles on the concept of genre expressed their views. Genre analysis as a research tool, its application can be traced back to twentieth Century 90s in foreign countries, the two leading school of English for special purpose schools in England and Australia system genre. Research on genre at home and abroad have some similar characteristics, the research of theory of feedback to the practical application of research, fully shows the progress of science and technology and economic development achievements, such as the corpus method is applied in the genre analysis, some Internet blogs such as research into the new media's attention. This paper aims to verify the hypothesis, the existence of generic structure potential prediction can be stable in English enterprise independent recall statement.
