虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:背景:虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)也稱靈境技術(shù)或人工環(huán)境,是一種由計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)輔助生成的高技術(shù)模擬系統(tǒng),綜合集成了計(jì)算機(jī)圖形技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)仿真技術(shù)、人工智能、傳感技術(shù)、顯示技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)并行處理等技術(shù)。目的:簡要介紹虛擬人體、虛擬手術(shù)、虛擬實(shí)驗(yàn)室以及虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在神經(jīng)心理學(xué)與核醫(yī)學(xué)方面的應(yīng)用。方法:由第一作者檢索2003/2010CBM和CNKI數(shù)據(jù)庫中有關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以及利用Google搜索引擎檢索相關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息資源。中文檢索詞為"虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)、虛擬人、數(shù)字人、虛擬手術(shù)。"英文檢索詞為"Virtual Reality,Virtual Human,digital human,virtual surgery。"結(jié)果與結(jié)論:虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用十分廣泛,如:城市規(guī)劃、能源勘測、工業(yè)仿真、古跡復(fù)原、建筑虛擬、交通橋梁、港口物流、旅游仿真、虛擬課堂、園林應(yīng)用、軍事仿真等。在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域,虛擬人、虛擬手術(shù)等方面的研究也十分活躍,表現(xiàn)出了很好的效果,并且,虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)在生物醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用也展現(xiàn)出了極好的前景,在核醫(yī)學(xué)與輻射防護(hù)領(lǐng)域,虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)系統(tǒng)可用來進(jìn)行核電站換料任務(wù)完成過程中的劑量計(jì)算,以及培訓(xùn)在核電站工作的人員,并且虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)暴露療法對特定恐怖癥和其他焦慮障礙有較好的療效。隨著計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,可以預(yù)期,在未來幾年虛擬現(xiàn)實(shí)技術(shù)將會(huì)成為數(shù)字醫(yī)學(xué)最主要的應(yīng)用工具之一。
[Abstract]:Background: virtual reality is a kind of high-tech simulation system which is generated by computer aided by computer technology. It integrates computer graphics technology, computer simulation technology, artificial intelligence, sensing technology, display technology, etc. Network parallel processing and other technologies. Objective: to introduce the virtual human body, virtual surgery, and so on. Application of Virtual Laboratory and Virtual reality Technology in Neuropsychology and Nuclear Medicine methods: the first author searched the relevant documents in CBM and CNKI database of 2003 / 2010. The Chinese key words are "virtual reality, virtual person, digital person, virtual surgery." the English key word is "Virtual reality virtual human digital human virtual surgery.Results and conclusions: virtual reality technology is widely used." For example: city planning, energy survey, industrial simulation, historic restoration, building virtual, traffic bridge, port logistics, tourism simulation, virtual classroom, garden application, military simulation, etc. In the biomedical field, virtual human, The research on virtual surgery is also very active, showing a good effect. Moreover, the application of virtual reality technology in biomedical field also shows an excellent prospect, in the field of nuclear medicine and radiation protection, Virtual reality systems can be used to calculate doses during the completion of refueling tasks at nuclear power plants and to train personnel working in nuclear power plants. And virtual reality exposure therapy has a good effect on specific phobia and other anxiety disorders. With the further development of computer technology, it can be expected, Virtual reality technology will become one of the most important applications of digital medicine in the next few years.
