【摘要】:伴隨著計(jì)算機(jī)和信息技術(shù)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的日臻成熟,各類信息化辦公技術(shù)和手段如雨后春筍般迅速興起。這些種類樣式繁多的辦公信息資源以及他們發(fā)散分布的現(xiàn)狀,導(dǎo)致很多企業(yè)員工,特別是中老年干部和新進(jìn)員工無(wú)法快速準(zhǔn)確的獲取自己需要的東西。建立本網(wǎng)站的目的正是為了讓企業(yè)員工可以將辦公系統(tǒng)、辦公文件、在線工具等各類辦公信息資源按照分類匯總的方式呈現(xiàn)在一個(gè)辦公導(dǎo)航網(wǎng)站中,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)辦公資源的一站式快速搜索和使用,滿足企業(yè)員工日常工作所需。本課題建立的導(dǎo)航網(wǎng)站與傳統(tǒng)導(dǎo)航網(wǎng)站的區(qū)別是:建立企業(yè)信息導(dǎo)航網(wǎng)站不僅要收錄各類網(wǎng)址,同時(shí)還要集成辦公文件下載、辦公信息查詢、辦公系統(tǒng)登錄、即時(shí)通訊等應(yīng)用與企業(yè)管理的功能。 辦公信息導(dǎo)航平臺(tái)是一個(gè)集成各類信息化辦公資源,然后按照一定規(guī)則進(jìn)行分類的網(wǎng)站,類似于企業(yè)內(nèi)部人員使用的門戶網(wǎng)站,為員工提供一站式辦公服務(wù)。辦公信息導(dǎo)航平臺(tái)的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于能夠讓員工快速找到自己所需要的信息化辦公資源,而不必記住各種辦公系統(tǒng)、文件、網(wǎng)站的地址或存放位置。另外企業(yè)辦公信息導(dǎo)航平臺(tái)還會(huì)提供一些方便員工日常生活和工作的查詢工具,比如:天氣查詢、郵箱、搜索引擎入口、公積金查詢、社保查詢、熱點(diǎn)新聞等,員工在使用這些工具的時(shí)候既獲得了方便,同時(shí)也大大減少了搜索這些信息所用的時(shí)間。有些員工在搜索這些信息的過(guò)程中又會(huì)關(guān)注到其他的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息而浪費(fèi)了許多精力。從企業(yè)信息安全的角度看,在建立起企業(yè)辦公信息導(dǎo)航平臺(tái)并滿足員工的工作需要后,可以逐步加強(qiáng)對(duì)員工的網(wǎng)絡(luò)控制,避免在上班時(shí)間瀏覽與工作無(wú)關(guān)的網(wǎng)站,減少因感染病毒木馬帶來(lái)的安全隱患。企業(yè)辦公信息導(dǎo)航平臺(tái)是嚴(yán)格建立在實(shí)際工作需求和員工使用體驗(yàn)上的,其最終的目的是為員工帶來(lái)實(shí)用、便捷、高效的辦公體驗(yàn),從而提升企業(yè)內(nèi)部的辦公效率和溝通效率,為企業(yè)創(chuàng)造經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
