【摘要】：全球空間信息公眾服務(wù)規(guī)范及商業(yè)化運(yùn)營(yíng)系統(tǒng)的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容和目標(biāo),是基于我國(guó)自主的國(guó)家級(jí)搜索引擎,突破巨量用戶(hù)并發(fā)訪(fǎng)問(wèn)、空間實(shí)體精準(zhǔn)映射、多層語(yǔ)義動(dòng)態(tài)關(guān)聯(lián)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)事件信息全息內(nèi)容實(shí)時(shí)獲取與融合等關(guān)鍵技術(shù);研究建立空間信息公眾服務(wù)規(guī)范與運(yùn)營(yíng)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)空間信息公眾服務(wù)的高可用、高效率和可持續(xù)性;基于可擴(kuò)展架構(gòu)、海量空間數(shù)據(jù)管理和分布式信息服務(wù)技術(shù),構(gòu)建全球空間信息公眾服務(wù)技術(shù)平臺(tái);構(gòu)建人民搜索"即刻熱點(diǎn)信息公眾服務(wù)系統(tǒng)",實(shí)現(xiàn)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)事件信息的實(shí)時(shí)獲取、精準(zhǔn)定位與過(guò)程跟蹤,通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)(包括移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng))為社會(huì)公眾提供精準(zhǔn)、豐富、快捷、持續(xù)的全球空間信息內(nèi)容服務(wù)。2013年度,該課題按照任務(wù)書(shū)中第一年度的考核要求,完成高效空間信息存儲(chǔ)與高性能空間信息檢索技術(shù)驗(yàn)證;研究并建立了空間實(shí)體映射模型、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)事件表達(dá)模型;完成公眾應(yīng)用服務(wù)規(guī)范文本初稿編寫(xiě);初步完成了基礎(chǔ)空間信息公眾服務(wù)集群環(huán)境的搭建;完成了空間信息平臺(tái)與人民搜索IT基礎(chǔ)環(huán)境的對(duì)接試驗(yàn)與測(cè)試;完成了事件精準(zhǔn)定位與空間關(guān)聯(lián)工具研制;初步實(shí)現(xiàn)事件探測(cè)與屬性信息獲取軟件的研制;并已提交5項(xiàng)專(zhuān)利申請(qǐng)、4項(xiàng)軟件著作權(quán)申請(qǐng)以及1篇科技論文。
[Abstract]:The global spatial information public service standards and commercial operation system is the main research contents and objectives, is the search engine of our country national autonomy based on the breakthrough of massive user concurrent access, accurate spatial entity mapping, multi-layer dynamic semantic association, Internet content acquisition and real-time holographic event information integration and other key technologies; study the establishment of spatial information service specification and operation system, to realize spatial information service with high availability, high efficiency and sustainability; scalable architecture based on massive spatial data management and distributed information service technology, to build a global spatial information service platform construction technology; people's search for "immediate focus of information public service system, to achieve real-time access to Internet event information, accurate the positioning and tracking process, through the Internet (including mobile Internet) for the public to provide accurate, rich, fast, The global spatial information service.2013 continuously, the first issue in accordance with the annual task book assessment requirements, complete and efficient spatial information storage and high performance spatial information retrieval technology research and verification; established the spatial entity mapping model, Internet event expression model; complete application of public service specification draft text written; preliminary complete set the public information service based spatial cluster environment; the completion of the docking test and test of spatial information platform and people search IT infrastructure; completed the event of precise positioning and spatial correlation of tool development; development of a preliminary implementation of event detection and attribute information acquisition software; and has filed 5 patents, 4 software copyrights application and 1 scientific papers.
