【摘要】：水泵作為一種通用機(jī)械,廣泛地運(yùn)用于國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),在農(nóng)業(yè)和水利工程中尤為常用。對(duì)于高揚(yáng)程、長(zhǎng)距離的泵站工程來說,水泵能否高效穩(wěn)定地運(yùn)行是整個(gè)工程的關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)問題。對(duì)某高揚(yáng)程、大流量引水泵站工程,水泵選型時(shí),各類泵型的技術(shù)參數(shù)及特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了綜合考慮和分析,同時(shí),對(duì)每種泵型所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟(jì)成本進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)價(jià),根據(jù)分析、比選結(jié)果,從而確定了最適宜該工程的一種設(shè)計(jì)方案。該引水泵站的建成,有效地緩解了當(dāng)?shù)剜l(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)水資源短缺的矛盾,提高了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、生活供水保證率,同時(shí)也驗(yàn)證了所選方案的正確性。研究成果可為類似工程的設(shè)計(jì)提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a kind of general machinery, water pump is widely used in every link of national economic development, especially in agriculture and water conservancy project. For the pumping station project with high lift and long distance, whether the pump can operate efficiently and stably is the key technical problem of the whole project. This paper comprehensively considers and analyzes the technical parameters and characteristics of all kinds of pump types in a high lift and large flow water diversion pumping station project and the selection of pumps. At the same time, the economic cost of each pump type is analyzed and evaluated. According to the analysis and comparison results, one of the most suitable design schemes for the project is determined. The completion of the pumping station effectively alleviates the contradiction of water shortage in local villages and towns, improves the guarantee rate of agricultural production and domestic water supply in villages and towns, and also verifies the correctness of the selected scheme. The research results can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
