高揚程泵站機組選型設計探討

【摘要】:水泵作為一種通用機械,廣泛地運用于國民經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的各個環(huán)節(jié),在農(nóng)業(yè)和水利工程中尤為常用。對于高揚程、長距離的泵站工程來說,水泵能否高效穩(wěn)定地運行是整個工程的關鍵核心技術問題。對某高揚程、大流量引水泵站工程,水泵選型時,各類泵型的技術參數(shù)及特點進行了綜合考慮和分析,同時,對每種泵型所產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟成本進行了分析評價,根據(jù)分析、比選結(jié)果,從而確定了最適宜該工程的一種設計方案。該引水泵站的建成,有效地緩解了當?shù)剜l(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)水資源短缺的矛盾,提高了鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、生活供水保證率,同時也驗證了所選方案的正確性。研究成果可為類似工程的設計提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:As a kind of general machinery, water pump is widely used in every link of national economic development, especially in agriculture and water conservancy project. For the pumping station project with high lift and long distance, whether the pump can operate efficiently and stably is the key technical problem of the whole project. This paper comprehensively considers and analyzes the technical parameters and characteristics of all kinds of pump types in a high lift and large flow water diversion pumping station project and the selection of pumps. At the same time, the economic cost of each pump type is analyzed and evaluated. According to the analysis and comparison results, one of the most suitable design schemes for the project is determined. The completion of the pumping station effectively alleviates the contradiction of water shortage in local villages and towns, improves the guarantee rate of agricultural production and domestic water supply in villages and towns, and also verifies the correctness of the selected scheme. The research results can provide reference for the design of similar projects.
