樁土作用下缺陷大管樁單樁極限承載力理論計算

【摘要】:碼頭大管樁出現(xiàn)的不同類型缺陷,如混凝土脫落和鋼筋銹蝕,會造成碼頭承載能力下降;谕暾麡-土體系的荷載傳遞理論,推導(dǎo)獲得缺陷樁剩余極限承載力的計算公式。依托工程實(shí)踐,考察混凝土剝落和鋼筋銹蝕這兩種缺陷類型對單樁極限承載力的影響,并得出相應(yīng)結(jié)論:混凝土剝落位置對單樁豎向極限承載力和單樁抗拔極限承載力有影響,混凝土剝落位置位于土層內(nèi)部會減小單樁豎向極限承載力和單樁抗拔極限承載力,單樁豎向極限承載力減小0.07%,單樁抗拔極限承載力減小1.72%;但對樁身豎向承載力卻不同,混凝土缺損對樁身軸心受壓承載力減小25.65%,鋼筋損失對樁身豎向承載力減小20.95%;炷寥睋p比鋼筋缺損對樁身各項承載力的影響要大得多。
[Abstract]:Different types of defects of large pipe piles in wharf, such as concrete shedding and steel bar corrosion, will lead to the decrease of wharf bearing capacity. Based on the load transfer theory of complete pile-soil system, the formula for calculating the residual ultimate bearing capacity of defective pile is derived. Based on the engineering practice, the effects of concrete peeling and steel corrosion on the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile are investigated, and the corresponding conclusions are drawn: the position of concrete peeling has an influence on the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile. The vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile and the ultimate bearing capacity of single pile will be reduced by 0.07%, and the vertical ultimate bearing capacity of single pile will be reduced by 0.07%. The ultimate bearing capacity of single pile is reduced by 1.72%. However, the vertical bearing capacity of pile body is different. The axial compression bearing capacity of concrete defect to pile body is reduced by 25.65%, and the vertical bearing capacity of pile body by steel bar loss is reduced by 20.95%. The influence of concrete defect on the bearing capacity of pile body is much greater than that of steel bar defect.
